How much image storage do I get?

One shared pool for all your images — 50 MB on Free, 250 MB on Plus, 2 GB on Pro, 5 GB on Complete — plus add-ons.

All your images — logos, covers, dish photos, event banners, wallet-pass images and marketing pictures — share one storage pool: 50 MB on Free, 250 MB on Plus, 2 GB on Pro and 5 GB on Complete. (Standalone products raise the pool too where the plan's is smaller: every paid product includes 250 MB, and the free Tickets tier 50 MB — whichever of your plan or products gives the most applies.) Individual uploads can be up to 5 MB each (JPG, PNG or WebP), and photos are automatically optimised so they use less of your allowance. Your images and their cropped copies count; the resized display versions ResoFlow generates behind the scenes are free, uploading the same file twice doesn't use extra space, and the Tidy unused crops button on the Image library page clears cropped copies no longer used anywhere.

You can see your usage in two places: the Storage used bar on Settings → Venue → Image library, and the Image storage meter on Account → Plan & Usage (amber from 70%, red from 90%). Storage doesn't reset each month like email or SMS allowances — it's simply how much you're holding right now, so deleting images you no longer need frees space immediately.

If you're at the limit, new uploads are politely declined until you free space or add storage — nothing already uploaded is ever removed. To get more, buy the Extra Storage add-on (priced per GB per month — see How do I buy credits or add-ons?; add or remove any time) from Account → Add-Ons, or upgrade your plan.
