I have two venues on one account — are my customers shared between them?

No. Each venue on an account keeps its own customers, gift cards, loyalty members and credits; only your sign-in, the card on file and the All venues view are shared; a venue you add keeps its own subscription on that card and a venue that joined by invitation is billed on the account invoice.

No — and that is deliberate. Each venue on an account is its own data controller for its guests, so its customer list, top customers, birthdays and profiles stay inside that venue; a guest who books at both of your venues has a separate profile at each, and neither venue can see the other's. The same is true of gift cards (a card bought at one venue is spent there), loyalty schemes and members, and the SMS, email, marketing and AI credits — none of it is pooled or shared. What the account does share is your sign-in, the card on file, and the All venues Home, which shows each venue's own numbers side by side without merging any customer data. Each venue is billed separately on that card — its own subscription and its own invoices — and the account owner sees them side by side on the account's Billing page.
