Why does a setting show a padlock or "Available on … plan"?
Padlocks mark features your current plan doesn't include — upgrade to unlock them; nothing you've set up is deleted.
A padlock — or a chip reading Available on Plus plan and above, Available on Pro plan and above or Available on Complete plan — means that feature isn't included in your current plan or products. Where a standalone product could unlock it, the message also names the product with its price — for example "Included with Gift Cards — £25/month (or the Pro plan)". Locked settings stay visible rather than hidden so you can see what's available, and if you downgrade, anything you'd already set up is kept (just not applied) rather than deleted. In the sidebar, locked pages don't sit among your working pages: everything your plan doesn't include — plus products you can add, and a More from ResoFlow link — gathers in the collapsed Unlock more section at the bottom, each entry with its padlock. To unlock a feature, upgrade from Account → Plan & Usage, or add the product from Account → Plans & Products — the owner is the only person who can change the plan or products.
