How do I update my card or find an invoice?
Update the card on file, read the next-invoice estimate, download past invoices, and redeem discount or free-credit codes.
Your card and invoices live on Account → Billing. Only the account owner sees this page — admins see a notice that billing is managed by the account owner.
Update your card
- On the Payment method card (it shows your saved card's brand, last four digits and expiry), click Update.
- Enter the new card in the secure pop-up and save. The form is handled by Stripe on the page — no redirect, and your card details never touch our servers.
The card panel warns you if the saved card has expired or expires before your next renewal. If a renewal payment ever fails, a red Payment action required banner appears with an Update payment method button.
See what you'll be charged next
The Next invoice card shows an estimated charge and date, listing your plan, any standalone products and any monthly add-ons. If a discount code is active, a green Discount applied line shows the reduction and the total reflects it. Annual subscribers see their monthly add-on charge and annual plan renewal separately.
Find a past invoice
- Click Invoice history to expand it.
- Each row shows the invoice number, whether it was a Subscription charge or a Credit top-up, the date, amount and status (Paid, Open, or Refunded/Partially refunded).
- Click View to see the line items in the app, or Download for the PDF receipt.
Redeem a code
Under Have a code?, type the code and click Apply. Free-credit codes add SMS/email/marketing credits to your account straight away. Discount codes apply to your subscription: you'll see a before-and-after summary, then click Apply this code — you'll be asked to confirm your password. Only one discount code can be active at a time, so applying a new one replaces any existing code. If you don't have a subscription yet, the code is saved and used at your next checkout or upgrade.
