What's included in each plan?

The four ResoFlow plans — what each includes, the monthly limits, and how annual billing saves two months.

ResoFlow has four plans, billed in £ through Stripe. You can compare and change plan from Account → Plan & Usage (only the account owner sees the billing pages). Four features are also available as standalone products on any plan — see the note under the table.

Monthly limits at a glance

Free Plus Pro Complete Online bookings / month 30 500 Unlimited Unlimited Tables 8 30 100 250 Staff members 1 3 10 Unlimited Transactional emails / month 50 Unlimited Unlimited Unlimited SMS / month 0 100 250 500 Marketing emails / month 0 0 2,500 7,500 Floor plans 1 2 5 Unlimited Events / month 0 0 10 Unlimited Menu items 0 0 Unlimited Unlimited Book ahead (days) 5 14 30 365 Analytics history (days) — 30 180 730

Email, SMS and marketing allowances reset each billing cycle; you can also buy one-off credit top-ups that never expire.

Standalone products add staff seats too: each product you own adds one seat on top of the owner's, and whichever is higher — your plan's cap, or the owner plus your products' seats — is the one that applies. So a Free venue that owns two products can seat three people including the owner.

Standalone products

Gift cards, loyalty, ticketed events and Order & Pay don't have to come from the plan ladder — each is also a standalone product you can buy on its own or add to any plan, including Free, from Account → Plans & Products: Gift Cards (£25/month, unlimited live cards), Loyalty (£25/month, including customer accounts and birthday tracking), Tickets (free to start with one published event per calendar month; £25/month for unlimited events) and Order & Pay (£29/month). A feature is available when your plan allows it or a product you own grants it — so a Plus venue wanting gift cards can add the product rather than upgrading to Pro. Paid products also include customer profiles, CSV import/export, marketing tools and SMS (with no monthly email or SMS allowance — one-off credit packs cover sends), and unlimited transactional email.

You can also hold no venue plan at all — that's what a products-only account is, and where you land if you cancel your plan while keeping products. Without a plan you get exactly what your products grant: the booking side (online bookings, tables, floor plans) is switched off, and you can add a venue plan back any time from Account → Plans & Products.

Annual billing

Every paid plan can be billed Monthly or Annual. Annual costs ten months' price — two months free — and the features and limits are identical; only the billing changes. Annual subscribers still get a monthly usage window for the allowances above.
