How do I refer another venue to ResoFlow?
Share your referral link or code with a venue you know — when they take a paid plan and pay their first month, you both get £50 credit on your ResoFlow account, 15 days later. It comes off your next bills automatically.
Open Account → Refer a venue. Only the account owner can see it — the reward is credit on your account, so it sits with Billing and Plan and usage. If the page says the programme isn't available right now, it's switched off on our side for the moment; your code and link appear as soon as it's on.
Who can refer
The referral programme is for venues on a paid plan (Plus, Pro or Complete) that have been paying for more than 15 days. Before then the page tells you the date it opens for you — come back that day and your referral link and code will be there. A venue on the Free plan can't refer yet, but it can still be referred.
What you both get
When a venue you refer takes a paid plan (Plus, Pro or Complete) and pays its first monthly invoice, we wait 15 days — that's their money-back window — and then:
- £50 credit lands on your account, and
- £50 credit lands on theirs.
The credit sits on your ResoFlow account and comes off your next bills automatically — your plan, add-ons or credit top-ups, whatever you're billed for next — and only anything left over is charged to your card. You'll see it on Account → Billing the day it lands, and we email you both. It has no cash value, can't be swapped for a refund or moved to another venue, and stays on your account until it's used — even if you're on the Free plan by then (it's used the day you next buy something).
Your referral link and code
Every eligible venue gets one code, made from your venue's name — something like COPPER-4K7T — and a link that fills it in for them. Click Copy link and paste it into WhatsApp, a message or an email; or just tell them the code. Either way they land on the ResoFlow sign-up page with a note saying "Referred by your venue — you'll get £50 credit once you're on a paid plan". If they only have the code, there's a Have a code? box on the sign-up page where they can type it.
The referral is recorded the moment their account is created, so it doesn't matter whether they pick a plan that day or in a few weeks.
Following your referrals
The page lists every venue that signed up with your code, by name, and where each one is up to:
- Signed up — they've created an account but haven't paid for a plan yet.
- Paid — your £50 credit lands on a date — they've paid their first invoice; the date the credit lands is shown.
- Rewarded — done, the credit has been added to your account.
- Ended — they cancelled or refunded before the 15 days were up, so no reward was due.
You'll also get an email when a venue joins with your code, and another the day your credit is added.
The limits
- Up to 5 rewarded referrals a year per venue — £250 of credit at most.
- It has to be a genuinely new venue. A referral doesn't count if the two venues share an owner email address, a payment card or a Stripe customer, or are the same premises under a near-identical name — and someone who has already paid for or trialled ResoFlow on any venue isn't a new customer. We check this quietly at payout; a referral that doesn't qualify simply doesn't pay out, and it never affects the other venue's account.
- Standalone products alone don't count. Gift cards, Loyalty, Tickets, Order & Pay or Your website on their own aren't a venue plan — the referred venue needs Plus, Pro or Complete.
- Your credit lands whatever plan you're on by then. If you've moved to the Free plan before the 15 days are up, the £50 still goes on your account and waits for your next purchase. A discount you already have doesn't stop it either — credit and discounts are separate.
If something looks wrong
If a venue you referred has paid but the credit hasn't appeared after 15 days, or a referral is showing as ended when you don't think it should be, ask us from Help and support with the venue's name — we can see exactly where it's up to.
