What are Rezo credits, and what does each Rezo job cost?
Rezo credits pay for the jobs Rezo does for you — writing, reading a page or a picture, pictures and suggestions. Asking Rezo for help is always free. Free and Plus venues get 10 welcome credits once; Pro includes 30 a month and Complete 100.
What Rezo credits are for
Rezo is ResoFlow's helper. Asking Rezo for help is always free — questions, explanations, links and handing you to a person never cost anything. Rezo credits pay only for jobs Rezo does for you: writing something, reading a page or a picture, making a picture, or explaining your own numbers. Every button that spends credits says its price before you press it, and everything Rezo writes or reads is shown to you to check before anything is saved.
What each job costs
- One thing written — an offer, an event description, your website's About text or FAQs, or a reply to a review: 1 credit.
- Reading a page — a menu or an event poster: 1 credit a page (a menu PDF is 1 credit for each of its pages). A menu page Rezo can't read gives its credit back straight away.
- Explaining last month from your own reports: 1 credit. The one-line card at the top of Reports → Money is named after last month (for example September, summed up) — click Let Rezo explain it to open it, then Rezo explains your month · 1 credit. Opening the card costs nothing, and hiding his words and bringing them back (Show Rezo's summary) never spends again.
- Rezo designing a whole email for you: 2 credits (two options at once, 4).
- A floor plan from a picture: 2 credits.
- A picture for a campaign: 4 credits.
- Free: Rezo's suggestions — the Suggestions tab in help and Rezo suggests on Home (What are Rezo's suggestions?) — and the list of customers who haven't been back. Spotting a quiet night in the suggestions is free; asking Rezo to design a campaign to fill it is 2 credits, like any whole email. Work it out with Rezo in the search is free too — it uses no credits; each venue can use it 500 times a month on Free and Plus and 2,000 on Pro and Complete (What can I type into the search?).
If a job fails, its credits go straight back. If a job ran but the result wasn't useful, a small "Report this result" link sits under every Rezo result — ResoFlow looks at what happened and can give the credits back.
Welcome credits
Every venue on Free or Plus gets 10 welcome Rezo credits, once — enough to read a floor plan and a one-page menu, or to try a few written jobs. A new venue gets them when it finishes signing up; venues already on Free or Plus when they arrived got theirs then. Pro (30 credits a month) and Complete (100 a month) already include credits, so they don't get a welcome amount. Account → Plan and usage shows how many welcome credits you have left, on their own line.
Which credits are used first, and do they expire?
Your plan's monthly credits are used first, then welcome credits, then credits you've bought. Monthly credits refresh with your billing cycle; welcome credits and bought credits never expire.
Buying more
Packs are 50 credits for £5, 150 for £12 or 400 for £25 (before your plan's pack discount), on every plan. Buy them in Account → Top-ups and credits or, on Pro and Complete, from the Marketing overview's credits card. See How do I buy credits or add-ons?.
