What Loyalty includes

Everything that comes with the Loyalty product — stamp and points schemes, rewards, wallet cards, member emails, the Scanner, member records and what isn't included.

Loyalty is a ResoFlow product you can run on its own — no venue plan needed — or alongside any plan. Its price is listed under Plan and products.

Included

• Your scheme — a stamp card, points per visit or points per £1 spent, with up to 20 rewards, a join bonus and earn multipliers (double or triple stamps or points on the days you choose).
• Wallet cards — members add their card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet; you can message members on their card.
• Member emails — welcome and confirm, reward unlocked, an optional member round-up and a points expiry warning. These customer emails never come out of an allowance.
• The Scanner — your team awards visits, gives out rewards and signs people up on the spot, each with their own staff PIN.
• Member groups and invite a friend — student, NHS and other discounts on top of your scheme, and personal invite links that reward friends who join.
• Birthday gift — bonus stamps or points, or a member coupon, on a member's birthday (a birthday promotion — an offer with a birthday condition — needs the Pro or Complete plan).
• Member coupons — made on the Promotions page with Keep it as a member coupon switched on, for the birthday gift and Invite a friend; your team redeems them at the Scanner, and they never count toward a live limit.
• Your own website — the Loyalty join widget puts a Join button on the website you already have (Settings → Website widgets).
• Member records — members become customer records you can view, edit and export.
• Marketing campaigns — the email composer is included, with 250 marketing emails a month (up to 1,000 with more products); texts and further emails come from credit packs.

Not included

• Bookings, tables, floor plans, the waitlist, events and tickets, gift cards and Order & Pay belong to other ResoFlow products or plans — everything on offer is under Plan and products.
• Other promotions and promo codes are part of the Pro and Complete plans.
• Removing the small "Powered by ResoFlow" mark from your pages is a Complete-plan feature.
