What ResoFlow Team includes

Everything that comes with the ResoFlow Team product — the rota, clocking in and timesheets, holidays, time off and swaps, Tips, Team member logins, shift emails, calendar links and phone alerts — and what isn't included.

ResoFlow Team is a product you can run on its own — no venue plan needed — or alongside Free, Plus or Pro; the Complete plan includes it. Its price is listed under Plan and products.

Included

• The rota — the week with people as rows and days as columns, saved shifts, staff needed, open shifts, copy last week, Fill the week for me, print, and CSV or Excel files in and out.
• Publishing — each person gets their own shifts by email, with a private link to their rota page and another that adds their shifts to their phone's calendar; changes go out together when you send them.
• Clocking in and timesheets — your team clocks in, takes breaks and clocks out on the venue's paired iPad with their PIN; you check the shifts that didn't match the rota, approve the week and download hours for payroll.
• Holidays, time off and swaps — allowances, requests for time off, "can't work" days and shift swaps, each waiting for your answer on the Requests page.
• Tips — your tipping policy, shared with your staff for their comments, and each person's tips record when they ask for it.
• Team members — a login for shifts and clocking in only, which never uses one of the plan's staff logins.
• Phone alerts for your staff — free alerts when the rota is sent or changed, a request is answered, a colleague asks to swap or an open shift comes up. Never a text message.
• On today — Home shows who's on today's published rota.

Up to 25 people on the rota in all — full logins and Team members together, not counting Door and Kitchen screen logins. Complete has no limit.

Not included

• Bookings, tables, floor plans, the waitlist, the guest list, campaigns, events and tickets, gift cards, loyalty and Order & Pay belong to other ResoFlow products or plans — everything on offer is under Plan and products.
• Team adds no full staff login of its own: the owner always signs in, and the plan's staff logins (and any other product's) apply as usual.
• Nothing in Team is public, so there's no venue page, booking page or website with it on its own.
