What Tickets includes
Everything that comes with Tickets and Tickets Free — events, ticket types, payments, door check-in at the Scanner, guest emails and wallet passes, customer records, and what isn't included.
Tickets is a ResoFlow product you can run on its own — no venue plan needed — or alongside any plan. It comes in two versions, Tickets Free and Tickets; their prices are listed under Plan and products.
Included in both
- Events — a step-by-step event builder, more than one event a day, up to five ticket types and add-ons per event.
- Taking payment — ticket money goes straight to your own Stripe account. Paid tickets carry a small ResoFlow booking fee, and you choose whether you cover it or the guest pays it (Settings → Events). Free tickets never carry a fee.
- Tables and seating — guests can choose their table at events where you set seating up.
- The door — check guests in at the Scanner, and sell tickets on the door.
- Guest emails — every ticket's confirmation email carries Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes; event reminders and thank-yous are yours to switch on. These customer emails never come out of an allowance.
- Cancellations and refunds — cancel a ticket or a whole event and refund from ResoFlow.
- Your own website — the What's on widget puts your events on the website you already have (Settings → Website widgets).
- Staff PINs — your team signs in with a PIN to check guests in.
What Tickets adds to Tickets Free
- No monthly event limit — Tickets Free publishes one event a calendar month.
- Customer records — ticket buyers become customer records you can view, edit and export, and the attendee list exports to a CSV file.
- My tickets — guests see their tickets in their customer account.
- Marketing and texts — the email composer is included and event texts can go out, with 250 marketing emails a month on the paid tier (up to 1,000 with more products); texts and further emails come from credit packs.
- More image storage and wall screens for the door.
- Ticket codes — up to 5 live promo codes at a time for your event checkout (money off, a free ticket or buy one get one free), made on the Promotions page.
Not included
- Bookings, tables for booking, floor plans, the waitlist for tables, a loyalty scheme, gift cards and Order & Pay belong to other ResoFlow products or plans — everything on offer is under Plan and products.
- Other promotions — booking treats, codes used at the venue, automatic offers and offers guests save to their account — are part of the Pro and Complete plans.
- Removing the small "Powered by ResoFlow" mark from your pages is a Complete-plan feature.
