Your venues — running more than one venue on one account
One sign-in and one card for several venues — a venue you add keeps its own subscription on that card, a venue that joins by invitation moves onto one account invoice, and the account owner sees every venue's billing together; how to add a venue, switch between them, what the All venues Home shows, where you land, and what stays separate.
If you run more than one venue, you can have them all on one sign-in and one card. A venue you add to the account is billed as its own subscription on that card — its own renewal date and its own invoices; a venue that already uses ResoFlow and joins your account by invitation is moved onto one account invoice (below). Either way the account owner sees every venue's billing together on the account's Billing page. Every venue stays its own venue — its own booking page, tables, menu, staff, customers, gift cards, credits and Stripe account. What the account adds is a switcher, an All venues Home, and one place to see every venue's billing.
One invoice, or a bill per venue?
Both, depending on how the venue came onto the account. A venue you add on Your venues keeps its own subscription on the account's card — its own renewal date, its own invoices. A venue that already uses ResoFlow and joins your account by invitation is moved onto one account invoice: its old subscription stops renewing at its paid-through date, a one-off alignment charge covers the days from then to the account's billing day, and from then on it is billed on the account's one itemised invoice on the account's billing day. Either way, Account → Billing shows every venue's bill side by side, and Your venues says which kind each venue is.
Add a venue
- Open Account → Your venues (the owner's account menu, or the venue name at the top of the sidebar once you have more than one).
- Click Add a venue.
- Under What are you adding?, keep A new venue selected.
- Fill in The venue — the venue name (its booking page address appears underneath as you type), What kind of business is it?, the address, and an optional phone number and email.
- Click Create venue and continue.
You then pick this venue's own plan — Free, Plus, Pro or Complete, whatever suits it, the same as your first venue or not. A paid plan is charged to the card already on file as this venue's own subscription, monthly or annually as you choose, alongside your other venue's. The new venue gets its own 14-day money-back on its first paid period, and its own SMS, email and marketing allowances — they are never pooled. After the plan you land in the new venue's go-live checklist: hours, tables, Stripe Connect (its own payouts), staff PINs and the booking link.
Only the account owner can add a venue. A venue created this way never needs ResoFlow's approval.
Switch between your venues
Once you can open more than one venue, the venue name at the top of the sidebar becomes a menu — click it to switch. On a phone, the same menu sits behind the venue name in the top bar. It lists:
- All venues — everything that needs a decision across every venue, in one list, with today's numbers (below).
- Each venue — pick one and the whole dashboard becomes that venue: its bookings, its settings, its staff.
- Add a venue and Your venues — for the owner.
Switching never carries one venue's filters or the timeline zoom into another — those are remembered per venue. Your own preferences (the theme, the 12-hour or 24-hour clock) follow you everywhere.
The All venues Home
Choose All venues in the switcher (or sign in with two or more venues on your account — see below) and Home becomes one view of the whole day:
- Five figures across the top — today's bookings, covers, seated, waitlist and how many things need attention across every venue, added up. The attention figure turns red when it is more than zero.
- Needs attention now — one list, most urgent first, of everything that needs a decision at any of your venues: a party running Late, a booking with No table, a booking Awaiting approval, a Deposit due, a Waitlist party whose table is ready, and a Table check (a table that does not suit the party). Every row names its venue, and the chips above the list (All, Late, No table, Deposit due, Waitlist, and the other two when they have a row) filter it — each chip shows its count. Every row has one button — Seat, Assign, Review, Chase or Check — which switches you to that venue and opens that booking.
- Tonight — a short strip per venue: open or closed right now, today's bookings, seated, waitlist and attention, with an Open button into that venue's own Home.
- Up next — the next arrivals from every venue, each tagged with its venue; click one to open it in that venue.
When nothing needs a decision the list simply says so. Nothing else is merged: the figures are that venue's own, added up, and customers, gift cards, loyalty, credits and settings stay inside each venue. The two cards underneath point at This week, all venues in Analytics and at Your venues.
Where you land after signing in
If your account holds two or more venues, signing in takes you straight to the All venues Home. With one venue you land on that venue's Home exactly as before. A link that points somewhere specific (for example a booking link in an email) still takes you there.
Your venues
Account → Your venues is the one page that answers which venues are on this account, and how each is billed — its own subscription, or the account invoice for a venue that joined by invitation. It lists each venue with its plan and price, lets the owner Open any of them, and carries the account's name — click Rename to change it. Only the account owner sees this page; an admin sees a note that it is managed by the owner.
What stays per venue, and what is shared
Per venue, always:
- Bookings, tables, hours, menu, events, orders and settings.
- Customers — never merged between venues. Each venue is its own data controller for its guests, so a guest of one venue never appears in another venue's customer list, top customers or birthdays.
- Gift cards and loyalty — a gift card bought at one venue is spent there; a loyalty scheme belongs to one venue.
- Credits and allowances — SMS, email, marketing and AI credits sit on each venue and a top-up is bought for one venue.
- Stripe Connect — each venue's own payouts.
- Staff, roles and permissions — set per venue. Managers and hosts sign in with a PIN on devices paired to one venue and never switch.
Shared across the account: your sign-in, the card on file and the All venues view. A venue's bill stays its own unless it joined by invitation and moved onto the account invoice — every bill is shown side by side on the account's Billing page.
Who can open which venue
The owner is on every venue on the account automatically. Admins — people who sign in with a password — belong to one venue and can be given more: on Your venues, the Who can open which venue card lists everyone with a switch per venue; turn one on and that person can open that venue as an admin there. Their role and permission overrides are set inside each venue, exactly as before — a venue they can't open never appears in their switcher. Managers and hosts sign in with a PIN on devices paired to one venue and never switch; to work at two venues they need a staff record at each, as today.
Invite a venue that already uses ResoFlow
Under Account → Your venues → Add a venue, choose A venue that already uses ResoFlow and enter its web address and its owner's email, then Send the invitation. The venue's owner opens the invitation from their own sign-in and clicks Accept (or declines); ResoFlow then approves the account by hand, and only after that does anything move. You can Withdraw an invitation from Your venues at any time before it is applied.
Linking needs both owners' consent and ResoFlow's approval. Once a venue has joined by invitation, the account owner clicks Move onto the account invoice… on the venue's row on Account → Billing, and both owners see the same quote before anything moves — the account owner agrees it under Your account invoice, the venue's owner on their own Billing page, each confirming their password: the day the venue's current paid time ends, a one-off alignment charge covering only the days from then to the account's billing day, and the regular amount from the account's billing day onwards. The venue's paid time is kept in full; its own subscription simply stops renewing at its paid-through date (we check with Stripe that it really did, and re-quote rather than charge for overlapping time if it renewed anyway). The venue's current owner keeps their access as its admin and their own past receipts, and their card is never charged as a fallback. Afterwards the account owner sees the venue in a Your account invoice section on Account → Billing, and the venue's original owner sees a Managed by panel on their own Billing page — the detail is in How do I update my card or find an invoice?. Creating a new venue on your account is still available.
Remove a venue
The account owner can take a venue off the account from Your venues — click Remove… on its row, type the venue's name to confirm, and confirm your password. The venue keeps all of its data, settings, staff, customers, gift cards and Stripe account. What changes: anyone who could open it through this account loses it, and its own owner is the owner again. The account's first venue stays — remove the others and the account simply becomes that one venue. A venue whose paid plan is billed on this account's card can't be removed until that plan is cancelled or our team has moved it onto its own bill, so a removed venue can never keep charging your card.

If your last venue access is removed, your sign-in still works. ResoFlow shows No venue access, with an explanation and a support link, instead of starting a new venue setup. Ask the account owner or ResoFlow support to check your access. If you still have another venue, ResoFlow selects one you can already access; removing access never grants a different venue.
