Can the AI write my marketing emails?

The AI assistant in the campaign composer — drafts, full designs and images, what each costs in credits, monthly included credits and top-up packs, and what the AI never sees.

Yes — on Pro and Complete, the campaign composer's Content step carries a Write it for me panel. Give it a couple of lines about what you're promoting (for example "Tuesdays are quiet — 20% off food every Tuesday in September for anyone who books ahead"), pick a tone (Warm & friendly, Short & punchy, Classy or Playful), and click Draft it — 1 credit: the AI fills in the subject and every field of the design you chose. Nothing sends — the composer stays the editor, the live preview updates, and every word stays yours to change. If you don't like the result, Try another take — 1 credit re-drafts from the same brief.

The AI is a plan feature on Pro and Complete only — it doesn't come with the standalone products, and Free and Plus don't see the panel.

What a credit buys

If a draft fails part-way, nothing is used from your credits.

Your credits

Pro includes 30 AI credits a month, Complete 100 — they refresh with your billing cycle and unused monthly credits don't roll over. Need more? One-off AI credit packs — 50 for £5, 150 for £12 or 400 for £25 (before your plan's loyalty discount) — are bought on the Marketing Overview's Your AI credits card or from Account → Top-ups and credits, charged to the card on file with the invoice in your billing history (owner-only, like every purchase). Top-up credits never expire, and your monthly included credits are always used first.

What the AI sees — and what it never sees

The AI receives your venue's name, the design you picked, your brief, anything you've already typed into the form, and the facts of an attached promotion (its title, details, dates and code). When it drafts a promotion it sees your venue's name, your goal, which promo codes you already use (so it doesn't suggest one twice) and whether Order & Pay and events are switched on. In both cases it never receives your customer list or any customer's personal data — no names, no email addresses, no booking history, no spend figures. Drafting runs on Google's AI in the EU (the same infrastructure as ResoFlow's menu import and support assistant).

One honest responsibility note: the AI writes a first draft, but what you send is yours — read it before sending, exactly as you would your own words.
