How do I design a whole email with AI?

The AI email designer — describe the email, pick a look, and the AI lays out the whole thing with your photos; every section stays editable and it costs 2 AI credits per design.

On Pro and Complete, the campaign composer can design the whole email for you — layout, photos, headings, copy and button — from a couple of lines. On the composer's Design step, pick Designed by AI (it's the first choice in the list), then on the Content step describe what the email is for, choose a look, a tone, a length (Short, Standard or Longer) and a colour treatment, and click Design it — 2 credits. A few seconds later the email appears in the live preview, built section by section: photos chosen from your image library, your real booking link on the button, and a subject line written for you. Prefer a choice? Design two options — 4 credits makes two genuinely different takes side by side — pick the one you like and both stay switchable until you design again.

The five looks

Each look changes the fonts, colours and rhythm — your venue's brand colour stays on the buttons throughout. The Colours choice goes further: keep the look's own panel colours, tint the panels with your brand colour, or let the AI pick a palette to match the email's mood (always checked for readable contrast — a palette that doesn't read clearly is dropped rather than sent).

Everything stays editable

Under the design button, the email appears as a list of sections. A Header choice sets what tops this campaign — your cover photo and logo, the logo alone, or no header at all (the unsubscribe footer always stays — that part is a legal requirement, not a style choice). At the top also sits the Preview line — the grey snippet text inboxes show after the subject; the AI writes one, you can reword it, and leaving it blank means the email's first words show instead. You can edit any heading or paragraph, change list items, reword the button, reorder sections with the arrows, or remove one entirely — the live preview updates as you type, and it renders through exactly the same engine that sends, so what you see is what your customers get. Each photo has a Change button that opens your image library; if AI images are available on your account, an AI button beside it creates a brand-new picture for that spot (4 credits — it's saved to your image library too, marked as AI-generated). Don't like the layout itself? Design it again — 2 credits replaces it with a fresh one from the same brief.

What it costs, and what it never does

Each design costs 2 AI credits (a fresh design from "again" counts again); two options at once cost 4, and if one of the two fails, its 2 credits are refunded. If the AI fails part-way, nothing is used from your credits.

One more trick: emails can't run real animation (inbox apps strip it), but an animated GIF from your image library placed in any photo spot plays in most inboxes — use sparingly. The unsubscribe footer and your venue header are part of the email's frame — the AI can't remove them, and neither can an edit. Every send also includes a properly laid-out text-only version for inboxes that hide pictures. The AI receives your venue's name, your brief, your photo descriptions and an attached promotion's facts — never your customer list or any customer's personal data.

Attached promotions work here too: attach one on the Content step and the AI works it into the design next time you generate, with the code (shared or one-per-person) riding the send exactly as on the prebuilt designs.
