How do I reuse drafts, templates and images?
Save campaigns as drafts, reuse designs as templates, and pull images from your shared image library.
The Marketing area gives you three ways to reuse your work: Drafts (campaigns in progress), Templates (finished designs you send again and again) and the Library (your images). Drafts and Templates live as tabs under Marketing, which is Available on Pro plan and above and included with every paid ResoFlow product; the Library tab takes you to the shared image library in Settings.
Drafts
- In the composer, click Save as draft — the first save asks you to name it (for example "June newsletter"). A draft keeps everything: template, content, subject, from name and your recipient choice.
- Open the Drafts tab to see them listed with name, template and when they were last edited.
- Use Edit to carry on where you left off, Copy to duplicate one (it's saved with "(copy)" after the name), or Delete — you'll be asked "Delete this draft?" first.
Templates
A Save as template button appears in the composer and a Templates tab appears in the menu. A template stores your CONTENT, not a finished email: saving a ready-made design keeps your answers (the template and everything you typed into its form, plus optional default subject and from name), and Use loads them straight back into the same guided form — still fully editable, with your branding wrapped fresh at send time. Saving a custom-HTML campaign keeps the HTML you wrote, and Use reopens it in the custom editor. Recipients are never saved, so you can reuse the look safely for any audience. On the Templates tab you can search, sort, and use Use, Duplicate or Delete on each one. Managing templates needs the edit-templates permission (Owners, Admins and Managers by default).
Images
Marketing images now live in the shared image library with every other image you've uploaded — the Marketing area's Library tab opens it at Settings → Venue → Image library. On a ready-made design, the Content step's Main photo slot adds one photo from the library in a designed position near the top of the email (with a box to describe the photo for readers whose images don't load); in custom-HTML mode, Insert image opens the same picker (Your library / Ready-made / Upload new). Every image you add is saved to the library for reuse anywhere. Uploads accept JPG, PNG and WebP up to 5 MB each, are automatically optimised, and count against your unified image-storage allowance — see How does the image library work? for uploading, renaming, storage and safe deletion (deletes are blocked while an image is still used by a draft or template, with one caveat: emails you've already sent will show a broken image if you delete a picture they use).
