Why did my campaign reach fewer people than expected?

Campaigns only reach opted-in customers; missing or bounced addresses are skipped, and new senders have a daily ramp-up cap.

Campaigns only ever go to customers who have opted in to marketing — anyone opted out, never asked, without an email address, or whose address has permanently bounced is skipped automatically (the composer shows the skipped count next to the live audience number). On top of that, new senders have a daily ramp-up cap that protects your deliverability — 100 emails a day in your first week of sending and 1,000 a day until day 30 — so a big send may go to "X of Y today — the rest are paused by your daily limit", exactly as the confirm pop-up warned. Running out of your monthly marketing-email allowance can also truncate or block a send; the Campaigns tab's detail view shows the precise breakdown for any campaign.

The held recipients aren't lost. A cap-truncated campaign shows as Partly sent in the Campaigns tab; open it and its detail view offers Send to the remaining N — ResoFlow remembers who already received the campaign, so the resume goes only to the people still waiting (never anyone twice), and re-checks opt-outs and bounces at that moment. Try it once the daily limit resets (the next day).
