What can ResoFlow marketing do (and what does it cost)?
What the Marketing area includes — campaigns, drafts, templates, image library, results — plus the monthly email quotas and add-ons.
ResoFlow marketing lets you send one-off email campaigns to customers who have opted in, reuse drafts, templates and images, see how each campaign performed, and keep an eye on your automated emails — all from Marketing in the sidebar. It's Available on Pro plan and above, and included with every paid ResoFlow product; without either, the page shows "Marketing tools are available on Pro and Complete" with an upgrade link and the product route.
What's where
The Marketing area has a tab strip: Overview, Compose, Library (opens the shared image library in Settings), Templates, Drafts and Campaigns.
The Overview page leads with your three most recent campaigns and drafts (each linking through to its list), with a New campaign button in the header. Below them sit two cards:
- Automated customer emails — the live status of your Birthday email, Thank-you email, Review request, Welcome email and Win-back email (each shows On or Off — the review request shows Setup required if it's on but missing its review link — with a Configure link). These automations are set up in Settings → Customer notifications — except the birthday email, whose home is the Birthdays page (sidebar → Grow) — not here; this card just keeps them visible, and each Configure link goes straight to the right page. The page's header also carries a small gear button that opens Settings → Customer notifications directly.
- This month — your Marketing emails sent against your monthly allowance, Image storage used (the shared pool all your images use), and badges for any active add-ons, with a Manage add-ons link.
What it costs
Marketing is included in your plan price — Pro (£79/month) includes 2,500 marketing emails per month; Complete (£129/month) includes 7,500. (Venues whose marketing comes from a paid product have no included monthly allowance — sends come from purchased credit packs.) Images count against your plan's unified image-storage pool (2 GB on Pro, 5 GB on Complete — shared with logos, menu photos and event banners; see How much image storage do I get?). If you need more:
- Extra Storage (monthly add-on) — adds image storage 1 GB at a time.
- Marketing credit packs (one-off purchase) — extra sends that never expire and roll over between months.
Add-ons and credits are bought from Account → Add-Ons. Billing is Owner-only, so only the account owner can buy them.
One honest note on the composer: you write campaigns either by filling in one of eight prebuilt designs, or by editing your own HTML in a code editor. There's no drag-and-drop builder.
