How do I manage ticket holders?
Open an event's own page to see sales, assign tables, issue comp tickets, message every attendee, re-send tickets and export the list.
Click any event's card on the Events page to open the event's own page, with three tabs — Overview, Attendees and Check-in. Events are Available on Pro plan and above, and with the Tickets product; most actions here need the events-management permission, and refunds need the refund permission.
Overview — sales at a glance
Tiles show tickets sold and checked in, plus for paid events the money collected (with any refunds) and the net. Below them: each ticket tier with its sold bar, any add-ons with how many have sold, and the event's policies and setup (refunds, cancellation, check-in style, tables, booking rules).
Attendees — the event-day screen
The full ticket list lives here. Expand a ticket to see its timeline (purchased, checked in, cancelled, refunded), and use the row actions to cancel a ticket (with or without a refund), undo a check-in, or re-send the ticket email to a customer who lost it. If add-ons were sold, an "Add-ons to prepare" line tallies them for the kitchen.
Two buttons sit above the list:
- Message attendees — a compose box (subject + message) that emails every active ticket holder; cancelled tickets are skipped. You can also tick Post to saved Google Wallet passes. Sending to 10 or more people asks you to confirm your password. Use it for operational updates about this event only ("doors open early", "menu change") — ticket holders include customers who opted out of marketing, so promotions belong in Marketing, not here.
- Export CSV — downloads the attendee list (name, contact, quantity, tier, add-ons, ticket code, paid amount, status, refund, purchase time).
Assigning tables (seated and mixed events)
- Open the Unassigned tab, pick a ticket holder, and tick a table (or several — a large party can be split across tables), then assign.
- Or click Auto-fill all to place every unassigned party automatically — it fills best-fitting tables and splits parties across tables where needed.
- The Assigned tab lets you reassign or unassign; All tickets lists everyone.
Check-in — door stats on the night
Live totals for checked-in customers, who's still to arrive, no-shows and arrival pacing, plus a shortcut to open the Scanner.
Comp / customer-list tickets
Click Comp ticket in the event's action bar and fill in the customer's name and email. It's free, no payment is taken, it still counts towards capacity, and the customer gets a normal ticket email.
