Getting started with Loyalty
A venue that runs Loyalty on its own — the short set-up list, going live, and the ways customers reach your loyalty sign-up page (the link, the QR code, your own website and your venue page).
Loyalty runs on its own — no venue plan needed — or alongside any plan. A venue that signs up for Loyalty on its own gets a short set-up list with no table, floor-plan or booking steps, and no Stripe step: a loyalty scheme takes no payments.
Your set-up
Your set-up lists what's needed before members can join:
- Confirm venue info — what customers see on your pages.
- Set policies — your terms for customers.
- Set up your loyalty scheme — choose a stamp card, points per visit or points per £1 spent, add your rewards and design the card in Settings → Loyalty. The step ticks itself once your scheme is active.
Then press Go live. Until you do, your pages show customers "Opening soon". While your Loyalty page has no scheme yet it says so, with a Create a scheme button.
Where customers find your loyalty scheme
The Your loyalty sign-up page card sits on the Loyalty page, with four ways to share it:
- The link — tap it to copy it, then put it in your social bios and email footers.
- QR code — opens your loyalty join code on the QR codes page, ready to print for the counter or the table.
- Add to your website — opens Website widgets on the Loyalty join widget. Press Get the code in that widget's card and paste the one line into your own website, and a Join button appears there.
- Your venue page — it shows a Loyalty card for you automatically while joining is open.
If you pause your scheme, the card says nobody new can join until you resume it.
After you go live
- Your team awards visits and gives out rewards at the Scanner — add them on the Staff page so each signs in with their own PIN.
- Join your own scheme from the sign-up page to see the welcome email and the wallet card customers get.
