Getting started with ResoFlow Team
A venue that runs ResoFlow Team on its own — the short set-up list (your venue, set up your rota, publish your first week, pair the iPad your team clocks in on), no Go live, and how your team reaches their shifts.
ResoFlow Team runs on its own — no venue plan needed — or alongside any plan (Complete includes it). It's for your own staff: the rota, clocking in and timesheets, holidays and time off. Nothing in it is seen by guests, so there's no public page, no Stripe step and nothing to make live: a venue with Team on its own never presses Go live.
Your set-up
Your set-up lists what's needed:
- Is this your venue? — your venue's name, address and phone.
- Set up your rota — press Set up the rota on the Rota page, then pick Quick start (your areas, team and breaks — the first rota in minutes) or the Full set-up (every choice, one at a time), and finish with Switch on the rota. The step ticks itself once the rota is on.
- Publish your first week — build it with Fill the week for me or Copy last week; nobody is told until you publish. The step ticks itself once your first week is sent.
- Pair the iPad your team clocks in on — pair it with a one-time code, so your password is never typed on the shared iPad.
The full steps for the rota are in "How do I set up the rota?".
How your team gets their shifts
- By email — publishing sends each person their own shifts, with Add to my calendar and Open my rota links.
- On the paired iPad — each person signs in with their own PIN to clock in and out and see their shifts.
- Team members — add people on the Staff page as Team member (shifts and clock-in only): they never use one of the plan's staff logins.
Team covers up to 25 people on the rota in all (full logins and Team members together); Complete has no limit. Going over only brings a reminder on the Rota page.
