What are the For you reminders and the set-up bar on Home?

Your own For you reminders, the plan-limit row and forecast, the Your set-up bar, and Rezo suggests with Today's notes and On today.

For you — your own reminders

Reminders meant for you sit together in ONE For you list below today's work — each a row with its own button and Not now, and each only for the people who can act on it. (News for the whole venue — a trial ending, a setup code waiting — stays in the bar at the top of the page.) What you might see:

• Protect your account — turn on two-step sign-in — owners and admins, after your venue's first week. Set it up opens your sign-in and security page; Not now puts it aside for 30 days.
• The app on this phone or tablet — Get the app, then Turn on alerts; Not now, or Don't ask on this device.
• Will you mark guests as arrived? — if your last two services each had nobody marked as arrived, anyone who can change your service settings is asked once. Yes, we’ll mark arrivals keeps things as they are and the question never comes back; Just take bookings opens Settings → Bookings → During service, which shows everything that changes (late alerts, automatic no-shows and more) before you save.
• A product or plan you've just added (for example Your Gift cards are ready) — owners and admins, for two weeks, with a button to set it up.
• Know a venue that would like this? — owners on a paid plan, before service; Not now puts it aside for 30 days.
• Check your floor plan — after the move to v3, until an owner or admin confirms it; Not now hides it until you next open Home.

Your first online booking! isn't a reminder, so it has its own card above: when your first booking comes in through your booking page, owners and admins see who's coming (for example "4 people, Fri 2 Oct, 7:30pm"), See what they received, and three next steps: sending reminders, adding your team and taking deposits (on Free, which has no staff logins or deposits: sending reminders, adding your link to Google and printing a QR for your window, with one line saying deposits and staff sign-ins come with Plus). Got it hides it (here and on Your set-up); it goes by itself two weeks after that booking.

When you've reached a plan limit

The account owner sees one row in For you when the venue has reached one of its plan's limits — online bookings for the month first, then texts, then staff sign-ins, then tables — with its own numbers and the plan that takes more. For example, on Free, once your 30 online bookings for the month are used up, it says so and that Plus takes 500 online bookings a month, for £39/month. Its button opens Billing with that plan picked. Not now hides the card until next month, when it comes back only if you're still at a limit. Only one shows at a time, and never on Complete or while you're open.

"At this pace you'll reach …" — on Free and Plus, the account owner and admins can also see a line like "At this pace you'll reach 500 online bookings on 27 October". It's worked out once a day from this month's online bookings so far — how many you've taken since this month's allowance started, divided by the days so far, carried on to the day that pace reaches your plan's monthly limit — and the line under it says exactly that ("Worked out from this month so far: …"). It shows only when the pace reaches the limit before your allowance starts again, and it isn't worked out in the first few days of the month or before you've had a handful of online bookings. The owner gets See Plus (or the plan above), which opens Billing with that plan picked; an admin reads "Ask the account owner to choose a plan to take more." Not now hides it until next month. It steps aside while the plan-limit row above or the strip at the top of the page is already telling you about your online bookings, so the same news never shows twice. The account owner also gets one email a month about it.

Your set-up bar

Owners and admins see ONE slim Your set-up bar near the top of Home while there's something to set up, so Home stays about today. Until set-up starts, a small welcome card stands in its place — Start set-up opens your first step and Show me around starts Rezo's tour (it reads Show me around again once you've had it). The tour never starts by itself.

• Before you go live the bar shows how far you are on the same short list as Your set-up and the sidebar — Your account, Your venue, Your plan, Opening hours, Tables, Policies and Go live (for example "4 of 7 done") — a venue with products and no plan sees Your products instead of Your plan, and a website on its own ends with Publish your website — a progress bar, the next step, and Open set-up, which opens Your set-up. That page shows Where you're up to as a line of steps, then each needed step by the same short name, with its question underneath and Start.
• If ResoFlow is setting your venue up for you, the bar shows where we're up to instead — You sent us your details, We're building it, Your setup code is ready, You check it, apply it and go live — with the date we promised your setup code by. Your set-up shows the same four steps. They move by themselves; you don't need to email us to ask.
• After you go live the bar shows Get your first bookings (the same list as on Your set-up: add your link to Google, put it in your Instagram bio, print a QR for your window and, on a plan with staff logins, give your first member of staff a PIN), then anything the set-up check finds missing — your venue's email address, Connect Stripe when deposits, payment in full or a card to hold for no-shows are on but Stripe isn't connected yet, booking reminders switched off, and a special date marked as open with no opening or closing time. When the next thing is one of those, the bar's button goes straight to the fix. With nothing like that left it shows the optional packs still open, and once there's nothing to do it goes away.

It isn't shown in the staff portal. (Booking reminders appear here rather than in Rezo suggests on Home, so nothing shows twice. Your guest policies are ready to use as they are, so a policy without your own wording is never listed as missing.)

On a phone while you're open, the bar steps out of the way: it moves below today's cards as one line ("Your set-up · 3 of 7 · Next: …") — tap it to open Your set-up — so Needs you and The next 90 minutes come first. Before and after service it's back at the top.

Rezo suggests

In the From ResoFlow row sits Rezo suggests: one of Rezo's free suggestions at a time — something small that would help, such as adding photos to your dishes — with its button, Not now (which hides it for 30 days) and, when there are more, See all, which opens the rest in the help panel's Suggestions tab. It shows only to people whose role lets them do what it suggests, never while you're open, and not in the staff portal; hide it with Customise if you'd rather not see it. Today's notes (Pro and Complete) sits in the row under today's cards — and is the first card in the staff app: the team's notes for today, pinned ones first, each with who wrote it and when. Add a note, Done (clears it for today) and, for the note's writer or an owner or manager, Edit and Remove. Notes clear themselves at 5am after their last day. See How do I leave notes for the team?

On today (with rotas — the Complete plan or the Team product) lists who is on today's published rota — on the dashboard, at the top of the staff app beside Today's notes, and on a Home with only products (Team alone too) — with their position and times; whoever is on shift now comes first, marked On now. Rota opens the week. It hides when nothing is published for today. A long list shows the first five with Show all on a phone or tablet and in the staff app, and scrolls inside the card on a computer.
