How do I switch from Favouritetable to ResoFlow?
How Favouritetable and ResoFlow compare, from Favouritetable’s own pages — then export your customer data, import it and share your booking link.
Favouritetable and ResoFlow both publish their prices and both have free tiers; the differences are the rungs of the ladder, where table management starts, and Favouritetable's exclusivity condition on its free tier. Moving across takes three steps: get your data out, import it, and switch your booking links over.
Favouritetable and ResoFlow side by side
Every Favouritetable fact below is from Favouritetable's own published pages, as ResoFlow's comparison page checked them on 12 October 2026. No price Favouritetable doesn't publish is estimated. Published terms change, so always confirm current terms with Favouritetable directly. ResoFlow is not affiliated with Favouritetable. Where a rival says its prices exclude VAT, so do we show them; ResoFlow currently charges no VAT.
- Plan prices: Published — free, £69, £129 and £199 per month, plus a Flex option from £2 per cover
- Per-cover booking fees: None on subscription plans; the optional FT Flex model starts from £2 per cover
- Free plan: Yes — FT Free, up to 30 online bookings per month, with Favouritetable as your exclusive booking provider, built into your website
- Table and floor-plan management: From FT Pro (£129 per month) — not on FT Lite
- Gift cards, events, loyalty, promotions: Marketing tools (email, SMS, WhatsApp) arrive on FT Ultimo (£199 per month); “Offers, Promotions & Experience” are on FT Pro and FT Ultimo; gift cards, ticketed events and loyalty aren’t listed on its published plan grid
- Getting started: Self-serve sign-up, with a free demo offered
ResoFlow's side, from the same page: published plans — Free with no time limit, then Plus (£39/month), Pro (£79/month) and Complete (£129/month), with two months free if you pay annually; no per-cover booking fees and no commission on table bookings; monthly, with no annual contract; and you start self-serve — create your venue free, no demo call. When you first subscribe you get a 14-day money-back guarantee.
When Favouritetable might suit you better
Four things Favouritetable's own pages offer that ResoFlow does not — real, and for some venues the whole argument:
- You want pay-as-you-go instead of a subscription. FT Flex offers unlimited bookings from £2 per cover with no monthly plan — their own optional model, not a marketplace commission — and it suits venues with few or irregular bookings. ResoFlow has no per-cover option, by design.
- You want WhatsApp in your marketing mix. FT Ultimo's marketing tools cover email, SMS and WhatsApp. ResoFlow has no WhatsApp channel today.
- You run several sites on one system. Favouritetable offers multi-site management from FT Pro up. ResoFlow lets one sign-in run several venues, with their bookings figures side by side — but each venue keeps its own customer list, money reports and settings.
- You need EPOS integration. FT Ultimo lists EPOS integration. ResoFlow has no EPOS integrations today.
Step 1 — Export your data from Favouritetable
Your guest book is your data. Export your customer database and booking history from Favouritetable as CSV files — or ask their support team for an export if you can't find one in your reports.
Step 2 — Import it into ResoFlow
Imports run from the wizard at Settings → Data import — four steps: Upload, Mapping, Preview, Import. Customer imports come with Plus and above, and with every paid Gift Cards, Loyalty, Tickets or Order & Pay product; booking imports need a venue plan. Only Owners and Admins see the page.
- Pick a tile — Customers for your customer list, Bookings for your reservation history — then click the upload box (Click to upload your CSV file) and choose the file. Maximum 500 rows per file; if your export is larger, split it in a spreadsheet and run the wizard more than once.
- On the Mapping step, the wizard matches your CSV columns to ResoFlow fields wherever the column names are recognisable — check each one and map by hand any it missed, then click Preview data.
- Preview shows the first 10 rows. Fix anything flagged, then click Import N records.
A customer whose email already exists in your directory is merged, never duplicated. Your opening hours, tables and policies aren't part of a CSV — you set those up in ResoFlow directly (Your set-up, in the sidebar, walks you through it).
Step 3 — Share your new booking link
Your public booking page (it looks like …/book/your-venue) is live once your setup essentials are done. Put the link on your website, social profiles and Google Business Profile — the walkthroughs at Settings → Get more bookings cover Google, Apple Maps, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp — or embed the booking widget on your own site.
