How do I switch from Quandoo to ResoFlow?
Export your customer list and bookings from Quandoo, import them with the Data import wizard, and share your new booking link.
Quandoo has announced it is closing down: customers can place new bookings through its website and app until 30 September 2026, and the platform goes offline entirely by 31 December 2026. Quandoo has said its support team will stay in place to help restaurants export their data before the final shutdown. Moving to ResoFlow takes three steps.
Step 1 — Export your data from Quandoo
Ask Quandoo for a CSV export of your customer list and your reservation history — their support team is helping partner restaurants with exports during the wind-down. Do this early; support gets busier as the deadline approaches, and after 31 December 2026 the data is gone.
Step 2 — Import it into ResoFlow
Imports run from the wizard at Settings → Data import — four steps: Upload, Mapping, Preview, Import. Customer and booking imports are Available on Plus plan and above (and included with every paid ResoFlow product), and only Owners and Admins see the page.
- Pick a tile — Customers for your customer list, Bookings for your reservation history — then click the upload box (Click to upload your CSV file) and choose the file. Maximum 500 rows per file; if your export is larger, split it in a spreadsheet and run the wizard more than once.
- On the Mapping step, the wizard matches your CSV columns to ResoFlow fields. If your file is recognised as a Quandoo export, you'll see a banner: "This looks like a Quandoo export — we've pre-filled the column mapping for you." If it isn't recognised automatically, click Importing from Quandoo? Apply the Quandoo column mapping to pre-fill it, or map the columns by hand — either way, double-check every field before clicking Preview data.
- Preview shows the first 10 rows. Fix anything flagged (or click Remove N rows with blank required fields to drop empty rows), then click Import N records.
- Wait on the Import complete screen — don't close the window while it says Importing data….
What imports
- Customers: email (required), name, phone, allergies, birthday, notes and VIP status. A customer whose email already exists in your directory is merged, never duplicated.
- Bookings: date (required — 2026-07-28 or 28 Jul 2026), time (required, HH:MM), party size (required), plus customer name, email, phone, status, duration, notes and table.
What doesn't import
Your Quandoo marketplace listing, its reviews and photos, and Quandoo's customer loyalty points are part of Quandoo's own platform and can't be brought across. Settings (opening hours, tables, policies) aren't in the CSVs either — you set those up in ResoFlow directly, and the setup checklist walks you through them.
[!NOTE] ResoFlow reads dates as 2026-07-28 or 28 Jul 2026, and times as HH:MM. If your export uses DD/MM/YYYY, open it in Excel or Google Sheets, change the date format to one of those, save and re-upload — the Preview step will flag any rows that still don't parse.
Step 3 — Share your new booking link
Your public booking page (it looks like …/book/your-restaurant) is live once your setup essentials are done. Replace your Quandoo booking links with it on your website and social profiles — the walkthroughs at Settings → Get more bookings cover Google, Apple Maps, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp — or embed the booking widget on your own site. New bookings land in your dashboard in real time, and there are no per-guest fees on any ResoFlow plan.
