How do I switch from SevenRooms to ResoFlow?

How SevenRooms and ResoFlow compare, from SevenRooms’ own pages — then export your guest data, import it and share your booking link.

SevenRooms is a quote-priced guest-data platform that leans towards hospitality groups; ResoFlow is built for independent UK venues, with published prices and self-serve setup. Moving across takes three steps: get your data out, import it, and switch your booking links over.

SevenRooms and ResoFlow side by side

Every SevenRooms fact below is from SevenRooms's own published pages, as ResoFlow's comparison page checked them on 12 October 2026. No price SevenRooms doesn't publish is estimated. Published terms change, so always confirm current terms with SevenRooms directly. ResoFlow is not affiliated with SevenRooms. Where a rival says its prices exclude VAT, so do we show them; ResoFlow currently charges no VAT.

ResoFlow's side, from the same page: published plans — Free with no time limit, then Plus (£39/month), Pro (£79/month) and Complete (£129/month), with two months free if you pay annually; no per-cover booking fees and no commission on table bookings; monthly, with no annual contract; and you start self-serve — create your venue free, no demo call. When you first subscribe you get a 14-day money-back guarantee.

When SevenRooms might suit you better

Four things SevenRooms's own pages offer that ResoFlow does not — real, and for some venues the whole argument:

Step 1 — Export your data from SevenRooms

Your guest book is your data. Export your guest database and reservation history from SevenRooms as CSV files — or ask your account contact for an export. Check your contract's renewal terms at the same time so it doesn't roll over after you've moved.

Step 2 — Import it into ResoFlow

Imports run from the wizard at Settings → Data import — four steps: Upload, Mapping, Preview, Import. Customer imports come with Plus and above, and with every paid Gift Cards, Loyalty, Tickets or Order & Pay product; booking imports need a venue plan. Only Owners and Admins see the page.

A customer whose email already exists in your directory is merged, never duplicated. Your opening hours, tables and policies aren't part of a CSV — you set those up in ResoFlow directly (Your set-up, in the sidebar, walks you through it).

If you ran a loyalty scheme, members' points balances can come across too: with your ResoFlow loyalty scheme active (loyalty comes with Pro and Complete, or the standalone Loyalty product), the customer Mapping step offers an optional Loyalty Balance column.

Step 3 — Share your new booking link

Your public booking page (it looks like …/book/your-venue) is live once your setup essentials are done. Put the link on your website, social profiles and Google Business Profile — the walkthroughs at Settings → Get more bookings cover Google, Apple Maps, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp — or embed the booking widget on your own site.
