How do I try the live demos?

Live demos of ResoFlow at a fictional venue, The Bistro — one line on each, no sign-up, nothing saved.

You can try every part of ResoFlow before you sign up at resoflow.co.uk/demo. The demos use a fictional venue, The Bistro, with sample bookings, a sample menu and sample guests. There is no sign-up, no account and no card, and nothing is saved — type a name, book a table or build an order, and it all goes when you close the tab. Nobody is notified when you open a demo.

The demos

• Booking flow (/demo/booking) — book a table the way a guest does and watch it land on The Bistro's side.
• Order & Pay (/demo/order) — order from the table, pay with The Bistro's sample gift card, and watch it reach the kitchen's orders screen.
• Waitlist (/demo/waitlist) — join a full-house waitlist, then tell the guest their table is ready.
• Events & tickets (/demo/events) — take free quiz-night tickets and let the group in at the door.
• Gift cards (/demo/giftcards) — choose a gift card as far as the card step, then take a bill off a sample card.
• Your venue page (/demo/venue) — the free page every venue gets: booking, menu, what's on and the sign-in to My account.
• My account (/demo/account) — a guest's account: bookings, a ticket, loyalty points and email choices.
• Dashboard sandbox (/demo/dashboard) — seat a booking, watch the floor plan, move a booking on the timeline.
• Loyalty & rewards (/demo/loyalty) — join a scheme, earn points and spend a reward.
• Marketing & promotions (/demo/marketing) — compose and send a sample campaign.
• Your website (/demo/website) — The Bistro's real published website: walk round it, change it in Your website and book from it.
• Staff portal (/demo/staff) — the screen your team uses on a shift: sign in with an example PIN, seat a guest and check in a sample ticket.
• Collection & delivery (/demo/collection) — order for collection from your phone and pay on collection. This comes with Order & Pay — table, collection and delivery.

Good to know

• Prices and fees shown in the demos come from the published catalogue — the same figures as the Pricing page.
• No demo takes a card or sends anything: a paid step stops at the card step, or uses The Bistro's sample gift card or cash on collection.
