Where has something moved to in the new ResoFlow?

Almost everything kept its place — the same sidebar sections, the same Settings pages and the same web addresses. Here's what did move, what was renamed and the new pages, and how to find anything else.

The new ResoFlow looks different, but almost everything is where it was. The sidebar keeps the same sections in the same groups — Front of house, Your venue, Customers, Grow and Money — every page keeps its web address, and every Settings page keeps its name and its place in Settings, so a link or bookmark you saved still opens the same page. If you can't find something, type its name into the search at the top of Settings, or ask Rezo "where is …?".

What moved or was renamed

You used to find it Now The waitlist — the Waitlist tab on the Bookings list Still there, and it's also a view of its own: Bookings → Waitlist, beside List, Timeline and Floor plan (/dashboard/bookings/waitlist). It shows the queue in the order people joined, the tables coming free and the texts and emails sent tonight. Settings → Notifications → Devices and push Renamed App and alerts — the same page at the same address (/dashboard/settings/devices-push). Your invoices, on the Billing page Account → Billing → Invoices, a tab of its own (/dashboard/account/billing/invoices).

New pages

• Messages — in Front of house, after Bookings (/dashboard/messages): guests' messages and your replies. See How do guests message us, and how do we reply?.

• Briefing — /dashboard/briefing: what the team needs to know before a service, on one screen. See How do I brief the team before service?.
• What's in use — /dashboard/plan-limits: when you have more tables, floor plans or staff logins than your plan includes, the owner picks which stay in use. See What if I have more tables, floor plans or staff logins than my plan includes?.

Timeline and Floor plan were already views of Bookings (the Bookings view switch), and they still are.
