How do I see my bookings in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar?
Turn on a private calendar address in Settings → Integrations and subscribe your own Google, Apple or Outlook calendar to it — your bookings show there and keep up to date.
You can see your bookings in your own calendar app — Google Calendar, Apple Calendar on an iPhone, iPad or Mac, or Outlook. ResoFlow gives your venue one private calendar address; your calendar subscribes to it and checks it for changes on its own. It's read-only: nothing you do in the calendar changes a booking. Bookings in your calendar comes with the Pro and Complete plans — not Free or Plus. If your venue moves below Pro, the address is kept but your calendar stops getting bookings until you're back on Pro or Complete (you can still turn it off). Only Owners and Admins can turn it on, because the page it lives on is theirs.
Turn it on

- Go to Settings → Data and policies → Integrations.
- Under Bookings in your calendar, press Turn on.
- Your calendar address appears. Tap it to copy it.
Add it to your calendar

- Google Calendar — press Add to Google Calendar (Google Calendar opens and asks whether to add it). Or, on a computer: Other calendars → + → From URL, paste the address, then Add calendar.
- iPhone or iPad — press Add to Apple Calendar or Outlook on the phone itself, or go to Settings → Calendar (on newer iPhones, Settings → Apps → Calendar) → Calendar Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar and paste the address.
- Outlook — Add calendar → Subscribe from web, paste the address, then Import.
Calendars check for changes on their own timetable — often every hour or so, but Google and Outlook can take several hours. So a booking made a minute ago may not be in the calendar yet; the bookings screen in ResoFlow is always the live picture.
What the calendar shows
Bookings in your calendar comes with the Pro and Complete plans — not Free or Plus.
Each booking shows its time, party size, table, status and the first letter of the guest's first name — for example S. · 6 guests · Table 4. A booking still waiting for your approval says Waiting for approval; one that's seated, finished or a no-show says so. It covers the two days before today and the next 60 days.
It never shows the guest's surname, phone number, email, allergies, dietary needs, notes, occasion, booking reference or anything about payments. Cancelled bookings, the waitlist and event tickets are left out — a booking that's cancelled disappears from the calendar the next time it checks.
Keep the address private

Anyone with the address can see these bookings (without guests' details, as above), so share it only with your team. If it gets out — or someone who had it leaves — press Get a new address: the old one stops working straight away, and you add the new one to your calendars. Turn off stops the address for good; turning it on again later gives a new one. Both are recorded in your Activity log.
