What can customers do in the customer portal?

Customers sign in to My account with an email code to see upcoming bookings, edit their profile, view tickets and delete their data.

The customer portal is a My account page where customers sign in with just their email address to see their upcoming bookings, tidy their profile and view their event tickets. There are no passwords — a one-time code (or a one-click magic link) does the signing in.

Customer accounts are Available on Pro plan and above, and come with the standalone Loyalty product too. On those plans a My account link appears at the foot of your public booking page and on the manage-booking page (the page customers reach from their booking emails), and signed-in customers also see a quiet My account row on confirmation screens — after booking, buying an event ticket or gift card, placing a table order, or joining the waitlist; on Free and Plus (without the Loyalty product) the portal isn't offered to customers.

How customers sign in

What they see once signed in

The page opens with the venue's own header — cover photo, logo and name, the same treatment as the venue hub page — so customers always know whose account they're in. Signed-in customers land on an Overview — a friendly greeting, their next upcoming booking as a card first (tap Manage to change it), a loyalty balance chip for members second, then their visit-count badge, and a tappable list of sections. On phones each section opens full-screen with a back header; on larger screens the sections sit in a rail on the left. Sections only appear where they apply — a venue without Order & Pay shows no Orders row. At the very bottom of the page sits the venue's Find us block — opening hours for the week ahead, a tappable address (opens Google Maps for directions) with a map of the venue's location beneath it, a tap-to-call phone number, website and social links — the same block the venue hub shows.

Customers only ever see their own details for your restaurant — the portal is per-venue and never shows other customers' information.
