How do I get more bookings from Google, Apple Maps and social media?
The Get more bookings page walks you through putting your booking link on Google, Apple Maps, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp and more — all free.
ResoFlow has a dedicated checklist page for this: Settings → Compliance & integrations → Get more bookings. It walks you through putting your booking link everywhere customers look — and almost every channel on it is free on every plan (the QR codes channel links to the QR codes page — open on every plan, with each code unlocking alongside the feature it points at). Only Owners and Admins see the page.
What's on the page
Eight channel cards, each with a View steps button that opens a short walkthrough:
- Google — a "Reserve a table" button on your Google Search and Maps listing. See How do I take bookings from Google?.
- Apple Maps — a Reserve action link on your Apple Maps place card. See How do I take bookings from Apple Maps?.
- Instagram — a "Book a table" link in your bio and Story stickers. See How do I take bookings from Instagram?.
- Facebook — your link on your Page's action button, intro and a pinned post. See How do I take bookings from Facebook?.
- TikTok — your link on your profile with a free Business account. See How do I take bookings from TikTok?.
- WhatsApp — a click-to-chat link customers tap to message you, plus your booking link. See How do I take bookings through WhatsApp?.
- QR codes — printable posters and cards for tables, menus and your front door (this card links to the QR codes page — open on every plan; the booking-page code itself needs Plus or above). See How do I create and print QR codes for my venue?.
- Your website — embed the booking widget or add a "Book now" button. See How do I add the booking button to my own website?.
Tracked links — see which channel brings bookings
Each channel's Your booking link is tagged for that channel (it ends ?source=google, ?source=instagram and so on — the Your website card's link ends ?source=website). It's the same booking page every time — the tag just tells your analytics where the booking came from, so bookings made through each link show under that channel's name in Analytics → Booking sources (website-link bookings show as Your website). Two cards count slightly differently: the QR codes card counts bookings from QR scans, and the Your website card adds together its tagged link's bookings and the embedded widget's — the widget is tracked separately as Widget.
Tick off your progress
Every channel walkthrough ends with a Mark as done button. Ticked channels show a green Done badge on their card, and the bar at the top of the page tracks how many of the 8 channels you've finished. Once bookings start arriving through a channel's tagged link, its card also shows how many came in over the last 30 days (these counts use your analytics data, which needs the Plus plan or above).
One honest note on Tripadvisor
Tripadvisor's Reserve button is partner-only, so it can't point at your ResoFlow page — but a free Tripadvisor listing can still carry your booking link in its website field.
