How do I take bookings from Google?
Add your booking link to your Google Business Profile so customers can book straight from Google Search and Maps.
You take bookings from Google by pasting your ResoFlow booking link into your Google Business Profile — a one-time, five-minute job that puts a "Reserve a table" button on your Google Search and Maps listing. It's free and works on any plan, including Free.
Only Owners and Admins see the Get more bookings page.
- Go to Settings → Compliance & integrations → Get more bookings, find the Google card and click View steps.
- In the Your booking link card, click Copy. The link is tagged (it ends ?source=google) — Google doesn't report clicks on custom links, but your ResoFlow analytics do: bookings made through it show as "Google" in Analytics → Booking sources.
- Sign in to your Google Business Profile at business.google.com (or find your restaurant on Google Maps or Search and choose "Edit profile" as the owner).
- Open "Bookings" — it may be shown as "Reservations" or "Add a link".
- Paste your booking link into the link box, then save.
A "Reserve a table" button then appears on your Google listing, usually within a day or two. Tapping it opens your normal ResoFlow booking page, so deposits, no-show protection and confirmations all work exactly as usual — nothing about your setup changes, and there's no extra charge.
Added your link to Google before? Swap it for the tracked version — it's the same page, just tagged so your analytics can tell Google bookings apart.
Google can take a little while to show the button after you save, and how it labels it can vary by device — that part is on Google's side, not ResoFlow's.
