How do I show step-free access, dogs welcome and other facts about my venue?

Tick what's true about your venue — step-free entrance, dogs welcome, parking, vegan options — to show it on your venue page and to Google.

Venue facts are a short tick list of what's true about your venue — a step-free entrance, an accessible toilet, a hearing loop, baby changing, high chairs, dogs welcome, outdoor seating, a private room, free wifi, parking, bike parking, being near public transport, and vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options. They're free on every plan.

Where they show

What you tick appears on your venue page under "Good to know", grouped so guests can find what matters to them. It's also added to the information your venue page gives search engines, so Google's AI search can answer questions like "dog-friendly cafés with step-free access near me" with your venue. Only what you tick is said — nothing is ever claimed that you haven't ticked.

Changing them

They're in Settings → Venue profile, grouped as Getting in and around, Families, Dogs, Inside and out, Getting here, and Food. Tap a fact to tick or untick it, then save the page. Tick only what's always true — if your outdoor seating is seasonal, say so in your venue's description instead.
