How do saved delivery addresses work?

Signed-in guests can save up to 5 delivery addresses at the checkout and manage them from their guest account.

Guests who order delivery regularly don't want to type their address every time. A signed-in guest can save delivery addresses to their account and pick one in a tap at the next delivery checkout. There's nothing for the venue to switch on — it comes with delivery ordering.

Saving at the checkout

At a delivery checkout, a signed-in guest ticks Save this address to my account for next time and the address (with any door notes) is kept on their guest account once the order goes through. Their saved addresses then appear on future delivery orders when they tap Change beside "Delivering to …" in the checkout (or straight away if no address has been given yet) — tap one and it fills in. Saving the same address again just refreshes it rather than stacking a duplicate, and each account holds up to 5 addresses.

Guests who aren't signed in order perfectly normally — they type the address for that order, and nothing is saved.

Managing them

In the guest account (the venue page's "My account"), a Saved delivery addresses card lists what's saved — guests can Add an address, edit one or delete one there any time. The card shows while your venue offers delivery, and for any guest who already has an address saved (so they can still delete it after you stop delivering). The venue never edits a guest's saved addresses.

Privacy

Saved addresses live on the guest's profile with the venue they ordered from. They're included when that guest asks for a copy of their data, and deleted outright — along with the rest of the profile — if they ask to be erased.
