How do I export my data?
Where the exports live — bookings, customers, money records, loyalty, marketing codes, events and logs as CSV, per-customer JSON, and the full account export.
You can export your data as CSV spreadsheets from the pages that own it, download a single customer's data as JSON, or request a full account export through support.
The general rule: any page with an Export CSV (or Download CSV) button exports what that page is showing — set your filters and date range first, and that's what lands in the file. CSV exports are Available on Plus plan and above, and included with every paid ResoFlow product; the customer exports also need the export permission on your role.
The CSV exports, by area
Bookings & customers
- Bookings — on the Bookings page (and the list view), click Export CSV in the toolbar. It exports the currently filtered list. The file can be re-imported later via Settings → Data import — the importer accepts the export's own date format.
- Customers — on the Customers page, click Export CSV for your customer directory. A customer's profile also offers their visit history as a CSV.
Money records
- Income — in Settings → Payouts & Stripe, click Export income (CSV) for deposits and ticket income over a date range (handy for your accountant — the money columns are plain numbers so spreadsheet sums work).
- Payments history — the Payments history page exports its filtered list.
- Gift cards — the Gift Cards page exports the filtered card list; each card's statement and the venue summary have their own CSV downloads, and a batch mint offers its one-time codes CSV.
- Order history — the Order & Pay history page exports its filtered orders.
Events
- Event attendees — open an event's ticket-holder list and click Export CSV.
- Event check-ins — the Scanner (in event mode) has its own Export CSV for door check-in records.
Loyalty & marketing
- Loyalty members — the loyalty Members tab's Download CSV (needs the customer-export permission).
- Loyalty activity & summary — the loyalty history and summary views export their records.
- Promotion codes — a one-per-person promotion's Download CSV lists its codes with used/unused status.
- Analytics — the analytics reports export their tables.
Logs & staff
- Activity Log — each Activity Log tab (including the email and text-message logs) exports what the tab is showing.
- Staff credentials — a bulk staff import offers a one-time credentials CSV on its success screen.
- Day sheet — the printable day sheet can also be saved as a CSV.
One customer's data (GDPR requests)
Open the customer's profile on the Customers page and click Export Customer Data — it downloads a JSON file containing their profile and booking history. You'll be asked to confirm your password, and the file contains personal data, so store and share it carefully. See How do I handle a customer's data request?.
Everything at once (full account export)
There's no self-serve whole-account download — it's prepared for you:
- Go to your account's Personal details page and find the Privacy & Data section.
- Under Request your data, click Contact support and ask for an export.
- Support emails you a secure download link, valid for 24 hours. Past exports appear in the Recent exports list in the same section, with a Download link while they're still valid.
What lands in the files
CSVs open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. Dates use the format shown on the page you exported from, and the bookings export mirrors exactly what the list was showing when you clicked Export.
