Why did "Remove all bookings" leave some behind?

Bookings that carry a payment record are deliberately kept for the life of your account — personal details are cleared, the payment record stays.

Any booking that carries a payment record — a deposit or pay-in-full payment, an event-ticket payment, paid extras or pre-orders, or a charged no-show fee, even one that's since been refunded — is deliberately kept: payment records last for the life of your account, so the wipe clears the customer's personal details from those bookings but keeps the money facts. The success message tells you how many were kept for this reason; refunding doesn't free them, and that's by design. Separately, a very large wipe can hit the hourly safety limit part-way through; if you see that message, wait a little while and run the wipe again to finish.
