How do I see and end active sessions?

See every device signed in to your account (and staff portal sessions), sign one out remotely, or sign out everywhere at once.

Your signed-in devices are listed under Account → Sign-in & security → Sessions & devices, where you can end any of them remotely.

• Open Account → Sign-in & security and expand Sessions & devices.
• The Active sessions list shows each device signed in to your account, with its browser, system and when it was last active. Click Sign out on any row to end that session — the other device is signed out straight away.
• To end everything at once, use Sign out everywhere. The confirmation warns: "This signs you out of every device, including this one." Use it if you suspect someone else has your password (and change the password too).
• A separate Staff sessions card lists staff currently signed in to the portal via PIN — each row is one portal device, and signing it out ends that session immediately.

Staff can see and end their own sessions from My profile in the portal; they never see anyone else's.

Sessions also end on their own: dashboard sign-ins last at most 24 hours and staff portal sessions at most 12 hours before a fresh sign-in is needed, idle sign-outs kick in sooner (see the automatic sign-outs guide), and stale sessions from closed tabs are tidied away automatically.
