How do I start a loyalty scheme?

Loyalty comes with Pro and Complete, or as the standalone Loyalty product (£25 per month) on any plan, Free and Plus included — add it under Add a product on Account → Plan and usage.

A loyalty scheme comes with the Pro (£79/month) and Complete (£129/month) plans. On Free or Plus, add the standalone Loyalty product — £25 per month, with birthday tracking, guest accounts and member coupons — under Add a product on Account → Plan and usage, or move up to Pro.

Once it's on, build your stamp card or points scheme in Settings → Loyalty. The full how-to is in the loyalty guides, which open once your venue has loyalty.
