Every restaurant knows the maths: regulars spend more, no-show less, and tell their friends. But running a loyalty scheme has always meant plastic stamp cards that end up in the wash, a separate app your guests won't download, or a spreadsheet nobody keeps up to date.

Loyalty that lives in your guest's pocket

Design your scheme in minutes — classic stamp cards, points per visit, or points per pound spent — and choose the rewards. Your guests get a proper loyalty card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, in your branding: your name, your colours, your logo. Their balance updates on the card automatically, and when a reward unlocks, they know.

No app to download. Nothing to print. Nothing for your team to remember — points are awarded automatically when a visit ends, or in one tap from the Scanner.

Promotions that do the work for you

Create promo codes and offers in the new Promotions area — one-off codes for a quiet Tuesday, or automatic offers that trigger themselves: a welcome treat after a first visit, a gift on a guest's birthday, off-peak perks on the days you choose. Guests save offers straight to their account, and money-off codes apply automatically at checkout for event tickets. When a guest redeems at the table, one scan settles it — and everything is tracked, so you can see exactly how many offers were used and what they were worth.

Birthdays, handled

The new Birthdays page brings it together: see whose birthday is coming up, send an automatic birthday gift, and watch it arrive before the day — not after. Set it up once; ResoFlow does the rest every year.

At the venue

The Scanner ties it all to real service. Scan a member's card to see their balance and recent activity, award points (with the bill amount if your scheme is points-per-£), or redeem a reward — all in seconds, all permission-gated so only the right staff can do it.

Fair to your guests

Guests join with clear consent — at the point of booking or from their own portal — and can leave at any time. Loyalty terms are shown up front, and everything respects your privacy settings and GDPR obligations, like everything else in ResoFlow.
