Your staff rota now lives in ResoFlow, right next to your bookings. ResoFlow Team brings together the rota, clocking in, timesheets, holidays and swaps, and your tipping policy, so the week's plan and the hours your team actually worked sit in the same place as the service they're working.

The rota

The rota shows a week at a time: your team down the side, the days across the top. Add shifts, copy last week, then press Publish. Everyone gets their shifts by email, with their own link and a calendar feed, so their shifts are on their phone without them needing to sign in.

Clocking in

Your team clocks in and out with their PIN on your own devices: they tap their name, enter their PIN and press Clock in.

Clock-ins & timesheets shows planned hours against worked hours for the week, and flags anything that needs checking, such as a missed clock-out. You can Correct a time, and Download hours when the week is done.

Time off and swaps

Your team asks for holidays or a swap from their phone, and you answer in Requests. Holidays, sick notices and swaps wait there together until you've answered each one.

Your tipping policy

Write your tipping policy in Tips, ask your team what they think and keep the record. Your team's comments come in one place, and you publish the policy with a short written summary that every member of staff can read.

Team members

A Team member (shifts and clock-in only) login sees only their own shifts. It doesn't use one of your plan's staff logins.

How to start

The rota starts switched off, so nothing reaches your team until you're ready. Open Rota, press Set up the rota, answer a few quick questions, then press Switch on the rota.

Who gets it

• Complete includes ResoFlow Team.
• On Free, Plus or Pro, or with products on their own, add Team for £25 a month (or £250 a year) from Add a product on Account → Plan and usage. It covers up to 25 people on the rota.
