ResoFlow V2: not just bookings any more

We launched on the 1st of July as a booking system. Two months and more than five thousand changes later, V2 is six products you can buy on their own, a free website for every venue, and a new look across the whole thing.

We launched ResoFlow on the 1st of July as a booking system. For a lot of venues that was the whole job — take the reservations, hold the floor plan, stop the double-bookings, chase the no-shows. It did that well, and it still does.

Two months on, it is a bigger thing than that. V2 is the release where ResoFlow stopped being a booking system with a few extras bolted onto the side, and became something a venue can actually run on — with each part sold on its own, so you pay for the bits you use and nothing else.

Here is what changed.

Two months, in numbers

Since 1 July: 5,397 changes shipped, across 168 release rounds, with 219 help guides written to match.

Since launch day we have shipped over five thousand changes across 175 release rounds, and written more than two hundred help guides to go with them. We mention the last number because it is the one that usually gets skipped: a feature nobody can find is not really a feature, so every one of those releases came with the writing that explains it, and Rezo — the assistant in your dashboard — answers out of those same guides.

None of it asked anything of you. There was no migration to sit through and nothing to reimport; the releases landed underneath your venue while it carried on taking bookings.

Not just bookings any more

The six ResoFlow products: gift cards £25 a month, loyalty £25, tickets free to start, Order and Pay £29, your website £15, your domain £7. Each works on any plan, or on no plan at all.

The biggest change in V2 is that ResoFlow is no longer one product with one price list. There are now six, and each one works on its own:

The part worth reading twice: none of these need a booking plan. A shop selling gift cards, a supper club selling tickets, a salon that wants a website — any of them can buy one of these on its own, with no booking plan underneath it. Take one, take all six, or add them to a plan later; they land on the same bill either way.

Every venue gets a website

Every venue gets a free venue page on every plan, including no plan at all. Your website, at £15 a month, turns it into a themed multi-page site with menu management included.

Every venue on ResoFlow has a free venue page — a mobile-friendly home page at resoflow.co.uk/venue/your-venue, with your opening hours, your menu, your events and a booking button. It is free on every plan, including the Free one, and including venues with no plan at all. Nothing gates it and nothing ever has.

Your website, at £15 a month, turns that page into a proper site: six style groups to choose from, up to six pages of your own, and your menu, events and hours pulled live from your ResoFlow data so there is only ever one place to update them. It is deliberately not a drag-and-drop builder — you choose a look and fill it in, rather than spending a Sunday nudging boxes around.

It also includes menu management, which matters more than it sounds: the menu page, the customer-facing menu and the menu QR code all work while you own it, even on a plan that would not otherwise include them.

A new look, front and back

A new look across the marketing site and the dashboard: a cleaner, calmer design, dark mode throughout, and a rebuilt Bookings page.

V2 also looks different. The public site was rebuilt from the ground up, and so was the dashboard — a cleaner, calmer design with the same tools in it, easier on the eyes and quicker to read at a glance across a busy service. Dark mode runs through the whole thing properly, not as an afterthought.

More of it lands with every release, and each page arrives with its help guide updated to match.

What it costs

The four ResoFlow plans: Free at £0, Plus at £39 a month, Pro at £79, Complete at £129. Pay yearly and two months are free.

Four plans: Free at £0, Plus at £39 a month, Pro at £79, and Complete at £129. Pay yearly and you get two months free.

Free is a plan, not a trial. It does not expire, it never asks for a card, and it is not a countdown to an upsell.

On the fees: table bookings carry 0% commission and no per-cover fee, on every plan including the free one. A fully booked Saturday costs exactly what a wet Tuesday costs. Deposits, gift card sales and pay-in-full bookings carry no ResoFlow fee either. The two places a usage fee does exist are event tickets, at 2.9% + 50p on a paid ticket, and Order & Pay, at a flat 15p per paid table order — both shown plainly, and the fee calculator in your dashboard always has the live rate. Card processing is Stripe's standard rate, and the money goes to your bank, not ours.

There is no automatic free trial on the paid plans. What there is instead is a 14-day money-back guarantee: ask within 14 days of your first paid period and we refund it in full, once per venue, requested from your own dashboard. One-off credit packs do not qualify.

New in V2 for Pro and Complete: an AI marketing assistant, with 30 credits a month included on Pro and 100 on Complete. If you run out, packs are 50 for £5, 150 for £12, or 400 for £25.

Where to start

If you are already with us, there is nothing to do — V2 is live in your dashboard now, and any of the products above can be added whenever you want one.

If you are not, start on the Free plan. No card, no countdown, and if you would rather not set it up yourself we will draw your floor plan with you, load your menus and staff logins, and bring your existing bookings and customer list across.

Two months in, and honestly, it is only the start.
