Questions

Straight answers.

Everything about Tickets
Who pays the ticket fee?

You choose. Pay it yourself and it comes out of the ticket money, or pass it on and the guest sees it as its own line before they pay. Free tickets carry no fee.

Is there a charge on each order as well?

Not from ResoFlow — one fee a ticket, nothing more on the order. Stripe’s card processing applies to card payments, as it does everywhere.

Can I sell tickets without a booking system?

Yes. Tickets works on its own — your What’s on page, QR tickets, the Scanner at the door and one published event a month, free.
