Booking reminders and waitlist texts are delivered over Twilio with your own sender name — included from Plus and with every paid standalone product, with pay-as-you-go credit packs that never expire.
Email by Resend
Every guest email — confirmations, reminders, cancellations and marketing campaigns — is delivered through Resend, a dedicated email platform, with wording you can edit on every plan.
Your own website
Paste one line of code and a floating, brand-coloured booking button opens your real booking page in an overlay. Works with Webflow, Wix, Squarespace and any site that allows embeds.
Google Business Profile
Point your Google Business Profile's booking link at your ResoFlow page and a “Reserve a table” button appears on your Google Search and Maps listing. The dashboard walks you through it step by step — the booking and your customer data stay with you.
Apple Maps
Add a Reserve button to your Apple Maps place card through Apple Business — free, with no partnership needed. Guests tap it and book on your ResoFlow page; the step-by-step guide, including the honest wait times for Apple's checks, is built into your dashboard.
Put a “Book a table” link in your Instagram bio and Story stickers — your dashboard hands you a ready-made link and the exact steps to add it. Facebook and TikTok are covered the same way — no partner-only buttons needed.
Apple Wallet & Google Wallet
Loyalty cards, gift cards and event tickets can live in your guests' Apple or Google Wallet, in your venue's colours, with balances that update live as they earn and spend.
Google Maps
Booking emails carry a get-directions link straight to Google Maps, and your venue hub links your address the same way — guests can always find you.

No EPOS integrations yet
ResoFlow doesn't connect to EPOS systems today, and we won't pretend otherwise. If your venue needs a specific connection, tell us — feature requests land directly with the founder, and the ones independent venues need get built.
No public API or custom domains
There's no developer API and no custom-domain hosting — the webhook feed above is the integration surface today. Your booking page, venue hub and widget all work without either.
