1. About these Offer Terms
In short: From time to time we offer promotional codes and deals on ResoFlow subscriptions. This page explains how they work and sets out the terms of our current offers. Not every code is advertised — but the terms that apply to any code are always available here, or are given to you with the code.
These Offer Terms are provided by Caleonix LTD (trading as ResoFlow), the provider of the ResoFlow platform. They cover promotional offers and codes relating to your own ResoFlow subscription and account — they are not about any discount or voucher a restaurant gives its own guests.
They apply in addition to our Terms of Service; where a specific offer's terms differ, the offer's own terms apply to that offer. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, in line with our Terms of Service.
2. How our codes and offers work
An offer may take different forms, including:
- a percentage or fixed amount off a subscription;
- a number of free months;
- a free or extended trial;
- free SMS, email or marketing-email credits;
- a discount on an add-on or credit pack; or
- another benefit.
The exact benefit, and what it applies to, is stated when the offer is made. Some offers are advertised publicly; others are private and shared only with selected customers or partners. We are not obliged to publish or list every code, and the existence of one offer does not entitle you to any other. Where a code is private, its specific terms are provided to you with the code, and these general Offer Terms always apply in addition.
3. Eligibility and use
Unless an offer says otherwise:
- a code must be applied when you choose your plan — at sign-up or when upgrading;
- only one code may be applied per subscription, and codes cannot be combined with any other code or offer;
- codes have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
Where an offer is for new customers only, this means restaurants that have not previously paid for a ResoFlow subscription — a free account or an unpaid trial does not count as having paid, so you remain eligible.
4. What a discount applies to
Unless an offer states otherwise, a discount applies to your plan subscription only, and not to add-ons or one-off credit packs. The standard prices for our plans and add-ons are shown on our Pricing page. When a time-limited offer ends, your subscription continues at the standard price for your plan and billing cycle.
5. Availability, changes and withdrawal
Offers may be limited in number or time and are subject to availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw any offer, or stop issuing a code, at any time. If a discount has already been applied to a running subscription, it continues for the period stated for that offer.
A code may be declined or reversed if it has expired, reached its limit, was obtained other than from us or through a channel we authorised, was made available in error, or is used in a way that breaches these terms or our Terms of Service. We may correct any error in a price or offer.
6. Billing, VAT and refunds
All offers are in pounds sterling (GBP). VAT is handled as set out in our Terms of Service. An offer does not affect your rights under our Terms of Service, including the 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid period — which applies to a discounted first payment in the same way.
7. Current offers
LAUNCHPARTY — 50% off for 6 months
- What you get: 50% off the standard monthly price of any paid plan (Bistro, À la Carte or Chef's Table) for your first 6 monthly billing periods. After that, your subscription renews at the standard price for your plan.
- Who can use it: New customers only — restaurants that have not previously paid for a ResoFlow subscription. A free Taster account or an unpaid trial does not count, so you're still eligible. You can claim it when you first subscribe, or by upgrading from the free plan to a paid plan.
- Billing cycle: Monthly plans only. It does not apply to annual billing.
- How to claim: Enter the code LAUNCHPARTY when you choose a paid plan — at sign-up or when upgrading.
- Deadline: You must start your paid subscription with the code on or before 14 July 2026 (UK time). After that, the code stops working.
- Changing plans: If you switch between paid plans during your 6 discounted periods, the 50% discount continues for the rest of those periods. If you cancel or return to the free plan, the offer ends.
- Other conditions: One use per restaurant; cannot be combined with another code or offer; applies to the plan subscription only (not add-ons or credit packs). The general terms above also apply.
