Marketing & promotions
Branded email campaigns to the guests who said yes, and promotions from "20% off food" to one-per-person codes — with delivery, open and click tracking, and automated welcome, win-back and birthday emails doing the quiet work.
On Pro and above — from £79/month.
The email composer also comes with every paid standalone product (Gift Cards, Loyalty, Tickets or Order & Pay).
No platform fee — campaigns ride your monthly marketing email allowance where your plan includes one, topped up by credit packs that never expire.
A campaign in four honest steps.
No agency, no export-to-some-other-tool — your guest list, your words, and numbers you can actually read afterwards.
- 1
Start from a template
Eight ready-made templates — promotion, event, newsletter, reactivation, loyalty, birthday, seasonal, booking enhancer — where you fill in your words and attach a live promotion. Prefer your own HTML? Paste it in. A live preview shows exactly what lands.
- 2
Choose who hears about it
Everyone who opted in, or a custom segment — last booked, bookings made, birthdays this month, recently joined, tags, loyalty members — with a live recipient count as you narrow it down.
- 3
Test, then send
Send a test to your own inbox first. A real send asks you to type SEND and say why — and bigger sends ask you to re-confirm it's really you. No accidental Tuesday-night blast to the whole list.
- 4
See what happened
Delivered, bounced, opened, clicked — per campaign, and per recipient when you want the detail. The next campaign starts smarter than the last.
Offers of every useful shape.
Built into the same system that takes the bookings and the orders — so an offer applies itself, and you see every redemption.
From money off to showcase
Percentage off, an amount off, free tickets, buy-one-get-one on tickets, at-the-table perks — or a showcase card that simply announces. Scope table-order discounts to just food, just drinks or the categories you choose.
Codes, or no codes
Run offers automatically, share one code on a poster, or mint one-per-person codes for a mailout. Total caps, per-guest caps, minimum spend and member-only rules keep generosity from becoming a leak.
Triggers that do the work
Birthday, first visit, day-of-week and off-peak triggers switch offers on for the right guest at the right moment — and every offer wears its status plainly: scheduled, live, paused, ended.
The emails that send themselves.
Each one is off until you switch it on — and each goes only to guests who opted in.
Welcome
The day after a guest's first visit, a welcome email goes out — once per guest, ever. The best moment to say thanks is while the evening still glows.
Win-back
When a regular goes quiet for 60 or 90 days — your call — one win-back email goes out, with a long cool-down after it so nobody ever feels nagged.
Birthday
A birthday email on the day — and a text where you have SMS set up — mentioning your live birthday offer automatically if you're running one. Thank-you and review-request notes round out the set.
Honest about the sending.
Your allowance, then packs
Pro includes 2,500 marketing emails a month; Complete includes 7,500. Beyond that, one-off credit packs top you up — and credits never expire.
Consent, done properly
Sends go only to guests who explicitly opted in. Every email carries one-click unsubscribe and a preferences page that needs no sign-in; unsubscribes stick, and hard bounces and complaints are suppressed automatically.
New-sender guard-rails
Fresh senders ramp up gently — smaller daily caps in the first week and month — so your domain earns its reputation and your campaigns keep landing where they should.
What ResoFlow marketing is — and isn't.
No drag-and-drop designer
Campaigns start from ready-made templates you fill in — or your own pasted HTML. There's no drag-and-drop canvas designer; if pixel-perfect visual email design is central to your brand, build it in your design tool and paste the HTML in.
Email first, SMS light
Campaigns are email. The SMS side is deliberately small — automated birthday texts where you have SMS set up, each carrying an opt-out link. There is no bulk SMS campaign tool.
Opted-in guests only
Your list will start smaller than your contacts book, because only guests who explicitly said yes are on it — and new senders ramp up gradually. That patience is exactly what keeps you in inboxes and on the right side of UK marketing rules.
If marketing isn't today's problem, the tools just wait — nothing sends until you press send.
