Who it’s for
Any night people pay to come to.

Pick the tables and the seats set the capacity. A QR ticket for every order — one for the group, or one each.
Tastings, classes and workshops
Add-ons at checkout — a wine flight, say — and a cap on tickets per order.
Quiz nights and regular nights
The same night every week, every other week or every month — up to 52 dates in one go, each its own event.
From the sale to the door
Every moment, one system.

On the night
The guest list and the door screen
Attendees, tables, complimentary tickets, a message to everyone booked and a spreadsheet export — and a door screen with the start time and how many are in, never a name.

Who pays the ticket fee?
You do by default. You can pass it to the guest instead, shown as its own “Booking fee” line before they pay. Free tickets carry no fee, and neither do tickets sold at the door for cash or on your own card machine.
Is the free tier really free?
Yes — one published event a month, counted by the month the event falls in, with no time limit. Drafts never count, and cancelling an event frees its slot. The standard 2.9% + 50p applies to each paid ticket.
What if only half a group turns up?
Tap “Not everyone here?” and choose how many are in — 2 of 4, say. The rest scan the same QR when they arrive, or you find them by name.
Can I run several events a day, or the same night every week?
Yes. Several events can share a day, each with its own times — they can even run at once, as long as they don’t need the same table. A night can repeat every week, every other week, every month or on the dates you pick, up to 52 dates in a year. Each date becomes its own event, with its own tickets, door and refunds — and each counts as one event in its month.
Can I sell tickets at the door?
Yes. The Scanner sells door tickets for cash, on your own card machine, or with a payment link the customer pays on their own phone (a link lasts 72 hours).
Where does the money go?
Straight to your own connected Stripe account. ResoFlow never holds it.
Do I need the booking system?
No. Tickets work on their own, for any business — theatres, galleries, clubs, anyone.
Your next event, sold out.
Start free with one event a month, and go up to 500 events a month for £25 per month when you need to.
