Copy your snippet
In your dashboard's Website widgets settings, click Copy. The snippet is a single script tag, unique to your venue.

Paste it into your site
Drop it into your website's custom-code area, just before the closing </body> tag. It loads asynchronously, so it won't slow your site down.

The button appears
A floating booking button on every page the snippet is on — your wording, your colour, anchored to the corner you choose, with readable text picked automatically for whatever colour you set.

Change it without touching your site
Button text, colour and position are edited in ResoFlow and update on your website within a minute. You never re-paste the snippet — a live preview in settings shows exactly what visitors will see.

The full flow in an overlay
Clicking the button opens your actual booking page — live availability, dates, party sizes, times — in an overlay on top of your site. A neat card on desktop, full-screen on phones, and it closes itself once the booking is made.
Deposits and card steps included
If your venue takes deposits, requires full payment for special dates, or uses saved-card no-show protection, those same card steps work inside the widget. It's the real page in a frame — nothing is cut down.
Polite to every visitor
It behaves like a proper dialogue — keyboard and screen-reader friendly, Escape closes it, and focus goes back where it came from. If a visitor's connection drops, the button says so rather than failing silently.

The widget is one standard script tag, so it works on any platform that lets you add custom code. The only difference is where you paste it.
Webflow
Paste the snippet into your site's footer custom code and publish — done. Webflow includes custom code on its paid site plans, and the widget sits on top of whatever you've designed without touching your layout.
Wix
Add the snippet as custom code that loads on all pages, placed at the end of the body. Wix supports custom code on its premium plans — paste once and manage the button from ResoFlow from then on.
Squarespace
Paste the snippet into your site's footer code injection — available on Squarespace plans that include code injection. One paste covers every page of your site.
On a builder that locks custom code — or no website at all? Every venue also gets a hosted booking page and a free venue hub page: ordinary links that work behind any booking button, bio link or Google Business Profile.
The honest limits.
It's a button, not an inline form
The widget is a floating button that opens your booking page in an overlay — it doesn't weave form fields into the middle of your page design. That's a deliberate trade: the overlay is the real page, which is exactly why deposits and card steps work inside it.
Custom code needs the right builder plan
Webflow, Wix and Squarespace all allow embeds — but generally on their paid tiers. If your plan doesn't, you don't lose bookings: make any button a plain link to your booking page instead. Same flow, one tap further away.
The booking page lives at our address
The overlay opens your booking page hosted at resoflow.co.uk — your name, your colours, your menu, but our address in the frame. If a fully-inline booking form on your own domain is a must-have, this widget is not that.
And if a floating button isn't your style, skip the widget entirely — your booking page and venue hub are ordinary links, and any 'Book now' button on your site can simply point at them.
