Annual billing is ten months, not twelve
Pay for the year and two months are free — £390, £790 or £1,290 depending on the plan. Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata; downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, with your data and settings untouched.

Fair usage
"Unlimited" allowances — and unlimited staff bookings and walk-ins on every plan — are subject to the Fair Usage policy in our Terms. It exists to stop abuse, not to catch out a busy restaurant.
Each product works completely on its own — for any business — and you can add or remove any of them whenever you like. Annual billing: two months free.

Your venue's plan and products sit on one subscription and one invoice, and a product a plan already includes is never charged twice. Each venue is billed as its own subscription today.

Product transaction fees are listed above: 2.9% + 50p on a paid event ticket, a flat 15p on a paid table order and 50p + 1% on a collection or delivery order (Order & Pay Pro). Stripe processing applies separately. Optional products, credit top-ups and extra storage are listed on the pricing page.
Paid plans have a 14-day money-back guarantee: ask within 14 days of your first paid period and we refund those subscription payments in full. It covers the first paid period only, once per venue, and one-off credit packs never qualify.
The Free plan is not a trial either. It is free permanently, and it never asks for a card.
Yes, from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — so you keep what you bought until it runs out. Your data and settings stay exactly as they are either way.
We warn you well before it happens — you get an email as you approach your monthly online-booking allowance, and another if you reach it. If you do reach it, new online bookings pause until your allowance resets or you upgrade: a guest who tries to book online sees a short message that online booking is not available right now and how to reach you (your phone number, if you have one on your public details) — it never mentions a limit — while staff-created bookings and walk-ins are never capped, so you can always take a reservation yourself. Existing bookings are never touched.

Yes. All six — gift cards, loyalty, tickets, Order & Pay, a themed website and your own domain — work completely on their own, for any business, with no venue plan attached. Public pages depend on the product; the domain product connects your own web address to your existing ResoFlow pages.
Eligible loyalty members can earn on orders, and guests can use valid gift cards at supported checkouts when you enable those options.
Yes, by CSV import — included from Plus and above and with a paid Gift Cards, Loyalty, Tickets or Order & Pay product. Website and domain products do not include CSV import. You match your own columns, preview before anything is written, and customers with a matching email address are merged rather than duplicated.
If you take the free venue setup, we do the import for you as part of it.
Extra storage is £2 per GB a month on any paid plan or product. SMS, transactional email and marketing email top-ups are one-off packs, and the credits never expire — they survive your billing cycle rolling over.

Print the day sheet at the start of service — it is on every plan — and you can carry on from paper if your internet drops. Your database is backed up every day, with seven days of point-in-time recovery, and a monitoring job checks daily that the backup actually completed.

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard; your paid plan or products stay active until the end of the period you have paid for. There is no separate cancellation fee, and any existing charges remain due. Choose monthly or annual billing, and use the available exports or ask support for a copy of your venue data before closing your account.
