Accessibility Statement
Version 1.0 · Last updated: 18 June 2026
1. Our commitment
In short: We are working towards WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance across the Services. We are not yet fully conformant, and this statement is under active review while we close the gaps listed below.
ResoFlow is committed to making the Services usable by as many people as possible, including those who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or magnification. WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the standard we aim to meet, and we are actively improving the Services to reach it.
This is an honest, work-in-progress statement: some parts of the Services do not yet fully meet Level AA. The known gaps we are currently remediating are listed in the next section, and we update this statement as that work progresses.
2. Known limitations
We try to identify accessibility gaps honestly so you know what to expect. The following limitations are known to us and are being actively remediated:
- Some of the more complex dashboard views (for example the timeline and floor-plan views) are not yet fully operable by keyboard alone, and a few still rely on a pointing device for certain actions.
- Focus management in some dialogs and pop-up panels is not yet complete — for example, focus may not always be trapped within an open dialog or returned to the right place when it closes.
- The Floor Plan editor has limited keyboard navigation. Drag-and-drop of tables currently requires a pointing device.
We are working through these as a priority and will update this statement as each is resolved. If you rely on assistive technology and are blocked by any of these, please contact us using the details below and we will help.
3. Reporting issues
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please email [email protected] with a description of the problem and the page or feature involved. We aim to respond within 14 days.

The Services are built to work with current versions of the major browsers:

- Safari on iOS and Chrome on Android for mobile devices.
Our day-to-day testing is primarily on Safari and Chrome; the Services are built to web standards intended to work across the browsers listed above.
