With Order & Pay, set your kitchen hours: outside them food can’t be ordered, while the categories you tick — drinks, say — stay orderable. A close time earlier than the open time runs past midnight.

Can we take a deposit only from big groups?
Yes, from Plus. Set the smallest party that pays, tier the amount by party size, and choose the days and dates it applies — your refund rules are shown before anyone pays.
Is a no-show fee ever taken automatically?
Not a no-show fee — that is charged only after your team marks a no-show and chooses to charge. A late-cancellation fee, if you switch it on, is charged automatically when a customer cancels online inside your cancellation window — and if they phone to cancel, only when your team chooses to charge it. Saving the card never takes anything.
Can we sell tickets and take table bookings on the same night?
Yes. Each event can keep normal bookings earlier in the day, or block them for the night — and ticket money goes straight to your own Stripe account.
Can we stop food orders when the kitchen closes?
Yes, with Order & Pay. Tick the categories that stay orderable — drinks, for example — and outside your kitchen hours food shows greyed out with a “kitchen’s closed” note. The times are checked again when the customer pays.
What does it cost a bar?
The booking system is free to start — no card. Deposits and no-show protection are on Plus and up. Tickets start free with one published event a month, then £25 per month for up to 500 events a month, and Order & Pay — at the table is £29 per month on its own.
2.9% + 50p a paid ticket — you choose who pays it — and no ResoFlow fee on deposits. Stripe’s card processing applies to card payments.
