Order & Pay
Guests scan their table's QR code, browse your menu and order at the table — then pay from their own phone by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. QR ordering with nothing to install, wired into the same system that already runs your bookings, floor plan and guest list.
Part of the Complete plan — £129/month.
Or on its own — £29/month.
There's a flat 15p platform fee per paid Order & Pay table order, deducted from your payout — never added to the customer's bill, and tips are never touched.
Scan, order, paid — all from their seat.
The whole thing happens on the guest's phone. No app, no queue at the bar, no waving for the card machine.
- 1
Scan the QR code at the table
Every table gets its own QR code, downloaded and printed from your dashboard. Scanning it opens your menu in the browser — mobile ordering with the table already attached to the order.
- 2
Browse and choose
Dishes carry your dietary labels and the UK's 14 allergen markings — with photos where you've added them and a "Contains:" line where it matters. Guests pick options, add a note, and build one order for the table.
- 3
Tip and pay at the table
An optional tip (preset percentages or their own amount), then payment by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Before paying, every guest confirms the allergies notice — and an 18+ confirmation appears whenever the order contains alcohol.
- 4
Receipt in their inbox
Guests get an itemised email receipt for every order — and once you add your VAT number in settings, receipts carry a VAT breakdown automatically.
Orders ring straight through.
Paid orders land on a live orders board for front-of-house and the kitchen — big table-first cards your team can clear with one tap.
One tap and it’s done
Each card leads with the table number and the items. Deliver the order with one tap — no pipeline of statuses to babysit mid-service.
Alcohol flagged for you
Orders containing alcohol carry a Challenge 25 reminder on the card, so whoever runs the drinks knows to check photo ID at the table.
Refunds without leaving the board
Reject and refund a whole order, or refund individual items mid-service. Every refund is permission-gated, and past orders stay in your order history.
Set menus, deals and rewards — at the table too.
Set menus & deals
Bundle courses at one price — guests step through each course, see any supplements clearly, and add the whole deal in one go. Deals can run only in the windows you choose, like midweek evenings.
Money-off promotions
Where your plan includes money-off promotions, percentage and fixed-amount discounts apply at the table, and guests can enter promo codes at checkout — the discount shows plainly on the order and the receipt.
Loyalty and gift cards
Run our loyalty scheme too and members earn automatically on what they spend and can put a reward towards the order. Sell our gift cards and accept them at checkout, and guests can pay with one — any remaining balance stays on the card. Each pairs with Order & Pay through its own plan or product.
Honest about the money.
There's a flat 15p platform fee per paid Order & Pay table order, deducted from your payout — never added to the customer's bill, and tips are never touched.
Your Stripe account, your money
Guests pay your venue's own Stripe account directly — ResoFlow never holds your money. Stripe's standard card-processing fees apply to your venue, exactly as with any card payment you take.
Refunds stay in the app
Whole-order and per-item refunds happen from the orders board and order history, permission-gated to the staff you choose. You never need to open your Stripe dashboard to give money back. The flat platform fee isn't returned when you reject or refund a paid order, in full or in part.
No fee where no card is charged
Orders fully covered by a gift card, or made free by a promotion, involve no card payment — so they carry no per-order fee. And tips never enter ResoFlow's fee calculation.
When at-table ordering isn't right for you.
Staff-led service is your experience
Some rooms are built around the conversation at the table. If your service style is staff taking every order personally, you may simply not want guests ordering from a phone — and that's fine. Bookings, deposits, events and the rest of ResoFlow work exactly the same without Order & Pay.
You'll need a Stripe account
Order & Pay takes payment through your venue's own Stripe account, so you'll need one connected — it's free to set up, but if you only take payments on a card machine today, that's a step before your first table order.
It's at-table only
Guests order from the QR code at their table. ResoFlow doesn't do takeaway, collection or delivery ordering — if that's the heart of your business, a dedicated takeaway platform will serve you better.
If at-table ordering isn't right for your service style, the rest of ResoFlow doesn't mind — it's one feature in the toolkit, not the toolkit.
