Owned by DoorDash since June 2025. DoorDash also owns Deliveroo (since October 2025), and Deliveroo’s app has taken table bookings through SevenRooms since May 2026, starting in London.

Tripadvisor
Owned by Tripadvisor. On 15 June 2026 American Express announced it plans to buy TheFork — a proposed sale, expected to complete before the end of 2026, subject to consultation and approvals.

American Express
Both owned by American Express — it agreed to buy Resy in May 2019 and completed its purchase of Tock in October 2024.
