Ticketed events
Sell tickets to DJ nights, dance parties, tastings, takeover nights and festive dinners — seated, standing or a mix, built from your floor plan — paid upfront through Stripe, straight into your venue's own account. Guests get a QR ticket with Apple and Google Wallet passes; your team checks them in with one scan at the door.
On Pro and above — from £79/month.
Or on its own — free to start, £25/month for unlimited events.
A fee of 2.9% + 50p applies per paid ticket — absorbed by your venue by default. Free tickets carry no fee.
From on-sale to sold out.
Ticket sales run themselves — you set up the event once, and every ticket sells, pays and delivers without your team touching a thing.
- 1
Build the event and its tiers
Ticket tiers with their own price and allocation — standard, window seats, early bird. Release them all at once or in stages, cap tickets per order, and the page shows live availability, right down to "Selling fast" when it nearly is.
- 2
Guests pay upfront through Stripe
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay — and the money lands in your venue's own Stripe account the moment tickets are bought, not after the event. No chasing deposits for the big night; the room is paid for before anyone arrives.
- 3
Your terms, agreed and frozen
Guests agree to your event terms before paying, and the exact wording is snapshotted at purchase — the ticket links back to the very terms they agreed to, even if you change them for the next event.

The ticket arrives by email
A QR ticket with Apple and Google Wallet passes in your venue's colours, plus an add-to-calendar link. Choose per-guest tickets on an event and group bookings get one QR per guest, so a party of four can arrive in twos.
The door runs off one screen.
The Scanner is the door list, the check-in desk and the box office — on whatever phone or tablet is nearest.
One scan at the door
Every ticket carries a QR code. One scan checks the whole party in — or choose per-guest tickets and groups check in guest by guest. A cancelled or refunded ticket never scans as valid, and a mistaken scan can be undone.
Door sales from the Scanner
Walk-ups welcome. Staff bring up a payment QR the guest scans to pay on their own phone — card, Apple Pay or Google Pay — and the ticket lands in their inbox the moment payment does. Or record a cash or card-machine sale taken the way your venue normally takes payment, and the ticket is issued on the spot.
Comps and the live door list
Issue complimentary tickets for hosts, press or regulars in a couple of taps — and watch the check-in list fill live as guests arrive, so you always know who's in the room.
Events pull the rest of the toolkit with them.
Gift cards welcome
If you sell gift cards, guests can put one towards their tickets at checkout — it covers what it can, any remainder goes on their card, and the leftover balance stays on the gift card.
Your what's-on page
Every venue gets a public what's-on page listing upcoming events, and your venue hub shows the next few with a "See all events" link — one link that works in a bio, a story or a Google Business Profile.
Guest self-service, your rules
Let guests cancel their own tickets online with a refund cut-off you control — or keep cancellations with your team. A ticket that has already been scanned in can never self-cancel.
Honest about the money.
A fee of 2.9% + 50p applies per paid ticket.
Your Stripe account, your money
Ticket money goes straight to your venue's own Stripe account as guests buy — ResoFlow never holds your funds. Stripe's standard card-processing fees apply to your venue, exactly as with any card payment you take.
Refunds stay in the app
Refund a ticket from your dashboard — the guest gets the ticket price back, plus the booking fee where they paid one. Refunds are permission-gated to the staff you choose, and cancelling a whole event refunds every ticket-holder automatically.
The fee, plainly
2.9% + 50p per paid ticket, absorbed by your venue by default — or pass it to the guest instead, shown plainly before they pay. Free and complimentary tickets carry no fee at all.
When ticketed events aren't right for you.
You'll need a Stripe account
Ticket payments go through your venue's own Stripe account, so you'll need one connected — it's free to set up, but if you only take payments on a card machine today, that's a step before your first ticket sale.
There's no seat picker
Guests buy tickets, not numbered seats. For seated events your team assigns tables behind the scenes — if reserved-seating charts and a pick-your-seat map are the heart of your events, a dedicated ticketing platform will serve you better.
Tickets are digital
Tickets live in email, on the ticket page and in Apple or Google Wallet — there's no printed ticket stock or postal delivery. If tearing paper stubs is part of your night, this isn't that: even a cash sale at the door is recorded in ResoFlow and issued as a digital, scannable ticket.
If ticketed nights aren't part of your service, nothing else changes — ticketed events are one feature in the toolkit, not the toolkit.
